I am an existing client and have 4 vehicles currently with Cartrack but recently I find there service very poor and pathetic and the staff is very ***********. I purchased a new vehicle they sent a technician Darren to fit the unit and he was dirty and smelly to be honest and when he was done he left and I took vehicle for a test drive and immediately it didn’t pick up a signal on the app. I immediately called tracker on Monday March and laid a complaint and they promised to come sort out the matter. It’s a week now and no one called or came and when I call they don’t have any answers for me but rather say I must pay R600 for a call out fee. I’m done with them this is poor species and no one cares as the managers or supervisors is never available
I received feedback here on hello Peter that the issue I addressed would be resolved but that was a load of **** and lies wow These people can avoid you, they refuse to reply to all the emails and telephone calls. I purchased a vehicle at there PE branch and was utterly dissatisfied as they gave me a false dekra report as the vehicle would never ever pass roadworthy with faulty shock absorbers, all suspension parts was damaged etc and I spent over R11k to get it fixed and Charlston at the time said i would get the money back but when I asked for it on paper then the ignoring started..I spoke to Charleston the customer service agent that said he will get back to me.. lies.. Fabian called me and said he will solve the issue but then he went ghost on me and don’t take my calls..Irone the sales lady just don’t care even as well as everyone else at we buy cars. I’m so utterly disgusted in the service I’m receiving it’s just unethical business practise. I will never ever advise anyone to ever buy a car from them as even there PTA branch is the same as no one just seem to care anymore and we as clients must be okay with how we get treated
Bought a vw caddy from the PE branch. Flew all the way from jhb to PE and I was promised vehicle to be ready but I waited until after 2 pm. I was forced to sleep over and left the next day just to have a ****py drive as vehicle was unstable on the road. Got back into jhb and took it to tyremart, hi q and bbt automotive for them to test and see what’s wrong. The shocks, lower control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends etc was busted and I immediately contacted them. Since I complained 23 January 2023 I am still awaiting an answer and I am getting no response from anyone concerning this. How did this vehicle pass road worthy with these faults and I’m reviving the worst service ever from them
I have a fleet of vehicles and today I took my personal car to get washed and I was in front of line went to spar to get something to drink and came back to see Dan pull my car away and park it one side and he let 4other cars go ahead of me and when I approached him he gave me attitude and told me he don’t know what he just did so how lousy can that be abut they lost a good client and I will not send any of my 8vehickes to this car wash and for valets any longer. You loose one client beware of loosing more what a pathetic excuse and service I received and I won’t ever recommend this car wash to anyone
I purchased a m235i from them and im still battling today to get help from someone that would understand my frustrations as I spoke to the finance lady the sales man and dealer principle and workshop managers but I am just getting the run around and the baddest service ever in my entire life of buying a car
I took my car to them with a problem and it cake back with the same issue and everytime its this and that and cost money. Just to find out when I got another mechanic stripping the vehicle that the part I paid for has never been replaced and they rude and liars and dont have any customer care
The peronslaised service, reliability and friendly service was outstanding I would recommend them anytime
So I bought a vw transporter from autoteam and the service was great to put pen to paper but the vehicle since day 1 gave me problems. I have been back and forth with emails and dealing with principle dealer and sales man but it's just frustrating. In the first 2 months of personally driving this vehicle the gearbox broke and I didnt even pay my first installment yet and this vehicle didnt even make money for my business. The gearbox cost 31k to repair they want to claim from my warranty I took out 14k and I must pay balance. What vehicle gearbox break in 2 months of receiving it. I have a fleet of vehicle and never came across this before and now its been standing with them for over 2 weeks and they just dont care anymore and this sucks.
I am very very unhappy with the vehicle I bought and received on Wednesday 4 June 2019. Because of my company good credit i purchased a 2011 2.0 tdi Vw transporter. All went well and took a drive down to Cape town to do business. When I reached Worcester the vehicle went into limp mode and no power. Spoke to Scott the principle dealer explained my situation. He got a no care attitude and wouldn't even wanna insist me on helping as when I asked to book vehicle into vw Claremont he said it's okay but without written e mail as requested. They just dont seem to care about there clients. Now the vehicle was inspected and apparently been in an accident and been repaired by them. The engine apparently has been made to work by cutting out the egr management system. Well enough said as the sun visor and other parts on vehicle is falling off and to think I purchased this vehicle in good faith at 189k and this is what I get and bought and the service is becoming pathetic. Most probably there can be a way to go back to MFC and cancel the deal as it's like the 1st day and all this is happening and what more. So in stuck in Cape town now and no courtesy vehicle and accommodation I must now fit the bill for it all
