I submit an application for a two pot withdrawal 07 January 2026. Discovery invest informs me the turn around time is 7 to 10 working days. I receive a withdrawal illustration from them and send it back on 09 January 2026. On 19 January 2026 they inform me that they requested a tax directive from SARS. On 21 January 2026 Discovery invest informs me that i must indicate to them if it is a partial or full withdrawal, on there form there is only full withdrawal on the second form they send they put partial withdrawal. I need the money as we had a death in the family but i am still waiting 12 days later. I contact there call centre and are advise please call us back on Tuesday and they are busy with it. The service is bad, poor you must contact them they cant even call you with progress no customer service at all.
My wife went to Netcare Millpark Hospital on 5 July 2024 i received a bill on Saturday 02 November 2024 five months later, the medical aid refuse to pay or only pay a portion of the amount. A week later the account is handed over to a recovery agent who phone me daily demanding money. I made arrangements to pay but this morning i received another call. This is very unprofessional as when i asked why do i receive the statement only know they say they had a back log. Now their problem becomes mine as it is scary. I don't even know the doctor (Dr Esihle Nomlono) of Netcare Diagnostics but its alleged that this doctor saw my wife. Its not that we don't want to pay have some customer service and as it took you 5 months explain why did it took you so long now you just want payment. Poor customer service
On 4 April 2024 i cancelled my Vodacom Fiber line. I received a call from 082 241 9933indicating that my cancellation request was received and the service will be cancelled on end of April 2024. Yesterday i received an invoice from Vodacom for services May 2024 while it was cancelled. Customer service of Vodacom is so poor it doesn't even deserve a 1. They cant help you and now you must wait for back office or write a review before you will et the necessary help. I have never saw such bad service where the one person say one thing and the other say something else.
I requested cancellation of my Vodacom cellphone contracts in December 2023 via Vodacom call centre 082135. In January 2024 after receiving the statements i realised that it was never cancelled therefore i had to pay for two months extra where the contract was canceled. These contracts was utilised by my kids. Unfortunately due to there bad service in not cancelling the cellphone contracts i fell in arrears and during April 2024 my fibre account was suspended. Now i must pay for April 2024 and i never received any service's from them. They increase the amount of my fibre from R799 to R849 without even getting approval from me if i am interested in this upgrade. I didn't have any contract with them and haven't sign any documentation with them now they say i must cancel within 30 days. Now i must pay R850 for Vodacom for nothing Mahala bad service and there agents cannot assist you where you come to a point where you are getting tired of being transferred from one person to the other then the call is dropped. Now i wonder if i will receive the minutes and data for the months that the phones was blocked from there network.
Submitted claim for a refund and the money was paid into an account that was closed by me. The call center lady who assisted me just told me there is nothing that we can do go to www.discovery.co.za and update your details. They never asked me in what account must they pay my refund. Very unprofessional and poor service delivery.
My account settled but they wait for me to request the refund of my payment. It is two weeks since you deducted the premium without refunding me. I contact your client service on Tuesday they promised refund will be done in 48 hours, even confirm it with sms. 72 hours later and i call again only to be informed that the refund will only refunded to me on Tuesday. Shocking service
I had no Telkom ADSL as well as landline services for a month. They charged me so I pay then the service was active and I lodge a dispute with them. It is 3 months later the dispute is not yet resolved. There call center is pathetic as they cant help you so what is the use of having them. i follow up with them weekly no response they give you reference number after reference number. really this is bad service
