The absolute worst pool company in Cape Town. If Ryloon is part of it run very far. My pool was buckling within 3 months of install. Still makes my blood boil after all these years. How these ****bags stay in business is beyond me
Probably the worst service I have experienced. 3 geyser replacements in a 4 year period. I would love to change geyser manufacturers. Geyser burst on Sunday, called Paul on Monday at 8am who acted like he logged the call. spoke to Stephanie who promised a call back with a reference number. at 10.30 called the national number only to be told that nothing was logged. 13.20 and they say a plumber will call you in 24 hours to arrange a time. I don't know how you stay in business.
I am quite disappointed at the level of service from Nano Cool, a subsidiary of Nano IS. Deposits (75%) have been paid on a unit, promised a week turnaround. The business development guy is offline (Ivan Meyer) promised to feedback since last week, despite numerous emails. I called the holding company and believe it or not a company like this (SMME) management team is done by 4pm.... I'm not sure who posted up those google reviews, but its making me question the authenticity. If the owners are monitoring this, I suggest you give me a call.
This is the email I sent to ICASA and your contact centres: Telkom account case numbers 60632843 , 60283162 I would like to formally log a complaint for non-service delivery against Telkom mobile. I have raised the above service requests regarding the music streaming service for which I am paying but not receiving. The first incident was logged a month ago to the day (17 November 2021) and has still not been resolved by their technical team ( promised turnaround time of 72 hours). I receive 10Gb of streaming data which has been allocated, but my youtube music uses and depletes my normal all net data bundle. I then sit without normal data and cannot stream my music when I go for a run/cycle/drive. To clarify, the streaming data, while showing as allocated is not active as my youtube music app cannot access it anymore. I have made calls every second day at great inconvenience to myself and I am unable to top up normal data as there is no other way to prove that the service does not work. Up to this point, there has been no feedback from anyone at a management level. I also expect a credit due to the lack of service delivery. To this date, there has been no resolution. The call centre and technical people promise escalation but do the same as every other agent before them, and the technical people have no clue on what is going on.
Like many below, I placed an order on the 28th of October 2021, it is now the 10th with no delivery. There is no follow up. refunds take forever. This is the worst online experience I have ever had. It reminds me of shopping on aliexpress when lockdown first hit. I would like a senior decision maker from this company to contact me, cos at the rate you are going, I fear you may have to close down.
I echo the sentiments of everyone else. Its a scam. Dont bother.
I ordered a samsung galaxy buds plus on the their website (19-04-21) and was pleasantly surprised when I received it the very next day. A little while later I tried using the device and it did not work. The replacement of the unit is not as smooth- I expected this to be as brilliant as the sale of the item. I am still waiting to hear from a technician who needs to inspect the unit 3 days later. Will keep you all posted when it is resolved and update the rating
I ordered a Samsung buds + on Monday morning. Delivered Tuesday. Genuine product. Awesome service. Underpromised and overdelivered. Takealot should take some lessons from these guys. To top it off they saved me R500 on the closest price!
Geog du Preez quoted R9000 for landscaping. he insisted on 50% deposit into the business account and has subsequently disappeared without even starting the job. Resides in the klipheuwel area.
Gert wessel pieter strydom is not an engineer, is not registered with CIDB, NHBRC, CIPRO, ECSA and his qualifications from Canada are forged. Do not trust this guy, he is just very bad news and will take your money and disappear. He also tells you he has paid for materials but does not. he is not a builder no matter what he may say. There are a bunch of people he has ripped off.
