Good day, I would like some assistance regarding my Aunts policy...her son is the beneficiary and he put in a claim but now is refusing to tell the family if the claim paid out or not...kindly assist as the funeral is tomorrow and theres nothing has been done as his holding up the money.

if there was a zero I would have chosen a zero because I have put in a claim 3days ago still today no payment and the funeral is tomorrow...you are stressing me out at this time. I cant even grieve properly because you are stressing me out...you so insensitive

My mom has a household content insurance with dial direct...she made a claim between 2022/2023 and 2 inspectors visited her,till today there's no feedback but they keep on deducting the premiums
Hi I have a problem with Hollard direct...my aunt had a funeral cover there and been paying for her since 2022...my mom tried to claim last month and was told my policy had lapsed in 2022 due to no payment ...according to my mom she paid and for almost three years my mom has been paying for a policy that was not active ...so they called my mom offering to pay R8k out of R30k..mind you they have been deducting from my bank the R230 but all of a sudden the policy is not active and why would they offer to pay the R8k

Ackermans Store | ZIYABUYA SHOPPING CENTRE, SHOP 8,, Kwadwesi wow their service is revolting we had to stand on a queue yesterday for approximately 1-2 hours but theres only 4 of us in a queue only 1 till is open out of 4 and when I asked the "manager" shes saying the other teller is on lunch after2 and there 4 of other staff chatting and the manager is on the phone which is on loud speaker chatting to a friend ...u should try and do mystery shopper n see for yourself or do survey based on customer service as people are forever complaining about their service , I feel like the staff lack customer service experience all of them no one is better from top to bottom
I was involved in a deposit scam and I notified Capitec but I was told tht this is a civil matter, mind you I am not the first person nor the last and the lady uses "master mind" uses other peoples acc capitec numbers so when ever someone reports this its not her acc that is being frosen...so we opened a group whatsapp to try and tack her down to my surprise this has been happening since 2018 . What me and my cousin did we traced her number via true caller and discovered that she uses Telkom and got someone there to trace it as in who registered the number and got the details, got someone from home affairs to give us the details and now I have her full info ie ID number to an address...now I tried to tell some Service Admin there by Capitec the whole story to no avail his/her name Ashendran Naidoo....I would like someone to contact me regarding this so that we can trace the ID number and stop this lady from fulling people am talking about big money coz she scammed me and my cousin R5000 each , another lady R11 000 the list is endless
