Pathetic service from agents on Private property. How do certain agents advertise houses on the website, leave their number but never answer their phone or respond to emails regarding the homes they advertise. How are we supposed to book a viewing? What is the point of advertising if you not going to assist potential buyers?

This is the worst pension fund ever. They make you run from pillar to post when submitting claims. The call centre agents tell you one thing and the staff at the branch tell you another. Had to run around for 3 days because they give you wrong information. Even their website and pamphlets dont correspond with what the call centre and the branch agents tell you. You guys are inefficient and unprofessional
My mother was a Jet club member and her account was always up to date. She unfortunately passed away on the 24th of December 2018. I went into the Jet store closest to me with all the required documents needed to make the funeral benefit claim. It is now over 3 weeks and I have gotten no response. I phoned Hollard and the agent I spoke to( Sphelele) told me he apparently cant help me I need to speak to his supervisor. I gave them my contact details and the supervisor never got hold of me. Then last week I emailed Hollard and just got an automated response which said that within 2 business days they would contact me. I am still waiting for them to contact me. So basically nobody can assist me? What happend to Jet funeral claims being paid out within 48 hours?
FNB is the worst bank ever. I have applied for my son and I's passport online. Made payment via FNB and now that I have completed the payment process and need to make a booking for the biometrics there are no available time slots at any of the branches listed in Pretoria and Johannesburg? What the hell? Why offer the damn service if you are not able to help? My husband is with standard bank and had no problems getting an appointment my mum with Nedbank same thing,no problem. Seems to me I need to change my damn bank because FNB definitely cant help me!
