I have never been happier with my decision of using this company im not just a number im viewed as a person, the transparency and been guided through and through is totally amazing.
Came in to purchase a few items 1 item had no price was last on the rack. Asked them to look up price item was handed to management for the store in claremont Jamie Jagger was her name she did not approach is to apologize for inconvenience and explain the process not even a smile on her face took pic of item at till next to us n walked away i aske dthe teller what now she said oh we wait for a response n she will tell me what's price I leave details come back over n hr, still nothing they page Jamie 3 times she doesn't respond I'm standing almost 20 minutes nothing I ask a teller where is the manager Jamie she says oh she sitting on the other side are u waiting for her... I say yes to now lay a complaint n as I'm walking out I see Jamie strolling looking around no urgency in her I was absolutely disgusted in her service as management the rest of staff was great. Uphill now not even a call back and I left my details ti be called back with a price. I've gotten better service at every branch expect this one today by management.
Worst service ever, been trying to contact game canal walk past week n a half to follow up on a item they sent away they just do not answer their phones, the one time I called n got though the person natash in the bennets department did not even call us back. Really shocked at how they are lately with clients.
I have no account with then and I have been debited 3 months in a row I contact them they say u have no account I debited every month, I am angry I want all my months debits back immediate
i sent an email almost a month ago, regarding an application , not one rely to confirm its been received not 1 call back to confirm acknowledgment. disgusted in the service
thrice now i have been trying to get a Uber and the waiting period is almost 30 mins to get a Uber then when i get one it gets accepted and then declined on the very last moment. very very dissapointing
we had the most horrible experience lastnight during an emergency, firstly could not get authorization for a casualty emergency had to call numerous times the paperwork sent was incorrect the first time then the second time we had to call in i think we made almost 10 calls on a space of 2.5 hours and yes that how long it took to get seen due to to Oneplan delays. secondly my husband was so ill the dr found Kidney stones he ha dto be admitted so i had to call again for admission, now almost 3 ours at hospital to be told sorry we cant authorise we dont authrise for that kind of admissions you must be having an operation even the DR spoke to the consultant explaining its serious he must be admitted to se the urologist next day so they can decide whether to op or what procedure will be done. we have been with oneplan over 3 years never had to use hospitalization till now and this was what we got... ABSOLUTLY NOTHING ... to be told to send my husband home and if he gets sick through the night to take him to a state hospital. so what the hell have we been paying for all these years. i will be taking this further and canceling my policy never in my life struggled like this . guys in an emergancy after hours oneplan is really not easy to get through what is the use you have 24hr assistance but nobody assists you in time in the full correct manner using you airtime and wasting valuable time with a sick person that needs medical care.....
I HAVE NOW BEN CALLING VODACOM SINCE 1ST AUGUST , THE RESPONSE IS SO PATHETIC , TO CALL TODAY AND GET PUT FROM ONE PEROSN TO ANOTHER NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY SAYING EACH GIVING DIFFERENT ADVICE , ALL CALLS ARE RECOREDED I ASKE THEM TO LISTEN TO MY CALL YESTERDAY TO CONFIRM INCORRECT INFORMATION WAS GIVEN NOTHNG WAS DONE NOT EVEN BY MANAGEMENT, DISPITE THE POPPIA ACT THEY DO NOT COMPLAY WITH ALL CLALS ARE RECORDED AND IM GOING TO LAY A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND CHARGE AS THEY HAVE MOVED MY ACCOUNT TO EXTRA HAKF A YEAR WITHOUT NOTIFICATION AND THAT IS FRAUD.
i am disgusted in the service ive gotten since January 2022, my account was cancelled yet i still got a statement a dna debit for a number that is not even mine... im going to lay a case of fraud as nobody has helped me ... not even a manager has called to assist me.
I would like to thank Rene Cowley at Once again for her outstanding and Efficient service ALWAYS!!! Best Consultant at Oneplan for me :)
