I cancelled my fibre service back in July 2024. At that time, all payments were made in full and the device was collected as per procedure. Everything was settled. Fast forward to 23 April 2025, and I receive a completely out-of-the-blue notification informing me that I’ve been handed over for supposed non-payment. Naturally, I reached out for clarification — only to be met with complete silence for over three days. When I finally heard back, I was told to contact the collections department, who then provided me with an incorrect email address. At no point has anyone provided me with the details I requested: Where exactly is this alleged outstanding balance? When was I contacted about it? What proof do you have that I was even informed of this before being handed over? Not one of these questions has been answered. And yet, I can produce a complete paper trail — emails, live chat transcripts, proof of payment — showing that I fulfilled all obligations and acted in good faith. The level of service I experienced while being a customer was already disappointing. What I’m experiencing now is nothing short of appalling. Your team’s lack of accountability, disregard for customer communication, and sheer negligence in handling this matter is disgraceful. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, with written confirmation that the handover has been retracted, and a formal apology for this gross mishandling of my account.

If I could leave a no star, I would I have been trying to reach Paypal to help me log into my account for months. You cannot get them if you are unable to log in this is pathetic. I can not do anything with my account as I can't log in you reach out via social network and they ignore you
I placed an online order well before noon in order to ensure my delivery will be faster. To date my order is still just on confirmed. You try call the number provided stay on hold for well over 8 minutes just to have the call cut. You email just to receive we are experiencing high email and call volumes we will get back to you. All I want is my order and some communication. We order online for delivery due to work schedule and now it is a waiting game and extra expenses having to go get small food items etc we are waiting on that have run out. Pathetic

I have logged numerous tickets in the past two weeks and still awaiting a response. The "live chat" is just as pathetic as their after sales service, non existent. You call and get placed on hold. Internet service keeps dropping on a frequent basis. I have to make use of a back up LTE at an extra expense due to the frequency of not having an internet connection. Will not be referring anyone else to them
Ended up driving to four different spars to try get black friday specials as they advertise each location in Alberton no stock. You ask to pay and then come collect once stock has arrived and get told no. No alternative is offered. Not only have I experienced this today. It seems to be a general occurance on most of their specials. Management is rude and has no problem telling you to go elsewhere if you are unsatisfied. I will be doing just that.
You can never get through to a customer representative, or technical support. No contact number that you can phone. We have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, submitted images of the technical problem, and lodged complaints and no one gets back to us. Completly useless
