No ever again
Stay very far away from this company. I'd rather die than use their services again. Would have given them zero stars if possible. The only thing keeping them in business is because certain doctors want to use them which negatively affects us as customers.

If you do not want a parcel to get delivered, use RAM.
Why do people still use this courier? I have even stopped shopping at some online shops that use you to deliver their parcels.

WORST ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICE
Worst delivery service ever. The product was not in stock and they decided not to call me to inform me of this fact. Only after I called them a day after the delivery, someone lied that they have been trying to contact me. No evidence whatsoever of this contact being made. My contractor was waiting on the order to start working as I have paid them already for their time. Now I lost money as the contractor was sitting without working. They treat the delivery like a free service whereas we are paying a lot of money for their **** delivery service. This is the last time I buy anything from them.

Never ever use these guys
Never I say never use this company. I do not know how one company can be so incompetent. You would swear that this company is run by the government the way they take years to deliver. It’s so sad that the company I bought from uses them so I cannot make them use a different courier.
