I bought a Russell Hobbs iron on 18 September and discovered now that the item will only be delivered on 5th Oct. I tracked my order and saw that it had not even left the supplier yet. I emailed their support to advise that I need the iron asap and cannot wait until 5 Oct for delivery. I was helped with the most unhelpful people on the other side, telling me every time that I have to wait for an sms. I tried to cancel the order and get the refund in order to buy another iron, but was told about the sms I must get again. Mother's day special treat became very distasteful when we were cramped in the restaurant like sardines. There were no space to move and whenever someone got up from the table to get food, the whole table had to stand up to let the person pass. That was just putting a damper on the whole outing. Cannot believe that the restaurant did not care about the comfort of their paying guests. Very disappointed in Houw hoek.
Mweb is truly the worst service provider ever. We moved and asked for the transfer of our Fibre. Openserve did quite a good and quick service and had everything set up in about 3 days. But then our trouble started. Mweb had to connect the Fibre and we phoned them on Saturday to connect the service. Phoned their customer service at 12h20, held on for 42 minutes, spoke to an operator who told me that the customer service closes at 13h00 and that I must phone back on Monday, because they leave at 13h00, and it was a few minutes after 13h00.how absurd is this! Long story short, I phoned back on Monday at 8h00,was told that my connection will be done in an hour to hour and half, needless to say I had to phone back at 11h00vto enquire what the problem is. Lady confirmed that Cconnection is done, but I need to speak to a tech to tell me what I must do to have the wifi connected, for whom I held on for 45min again. Eventually I spoke to a guy, but I ran it of airtime and the call was disconnected. I am flabbergasted that no one phoned back! I had to make another call to have it connected. Mweb is useless and staff is clue less. Very bad experience. Will give them a zero rating if there was one.

We received exceptional service from them and the accommodation was first class. We felt like we were leaving family behind when we left yesterday. Wow, wow, wow to Deckster's catering! The Louis wedding at Ongegund Lodge in Sir Lowry Pass had the most incredible experience on 17 Dec 2022. Eric and his staff went above and beyond what was expected of them. The food was amazing and their service impeccable. They literally took all the work and finishing touches out of the brides' mother's hands. Thank you, you are amazing and I will recommend your service wide and far. Great job, guys!

We had an amazing time in Springbok. Thanks to the staff of this hotel for their friendly and excellent service and great food. The chalet was top class. We haven't had this kind of service in a long time. We'll done!
We had a great stay on the weekend of 20 August 2021. When we arrived there we were greeted with a choice of refreshing drinks. As it was lunch time , we were treated with a delicious lunch buffet. Our Game drive lasted for about 2 hours and it was absolutely amazing being so close to the animals. Max, our tour guide and driver, was absolutely amazing and gave us a lot of extra info on the animals. I am definitely much more informed with regards to the Big Five animals. The rooms we stayed in was very luxurious and cozy. But I must complement the chef and the restaurant staff. They were truly amazing and all our meals were of very high standard. We had a great time and I would recommend this establishment to be the place to go to and unwind.
