Refund policy

Last month called MTN they said is a system error now the closed my line can’t make calls or receive need to pay R403 before they can open my line but my contract is R820 no one is willing to explain where does the R403 comes from0 replies

Policy cancelled
Got 2 incident in December and it was legitimate claim one phone was broken and one was stolen submitted all the documents required but today got a email that the are cancelled my insurance because of the claims how does it work you can claim the same month1 reply

Bad servive
My took a life cover and vitality but after two days she send a email to Peggy and did call Peggy she said is cancelled But on the debit date they debited and spoke to team leader Letlhogonolo last week Thursday even today no respond.2 replies
