Really impressed with Lift... The WhatsApp support line is really responsive and friendly, to confirm bookings and update phone numbers. I booked a ticket for my elderly mother and requested special assistance for her as she was traveling alone using the MEET AND ASSIST traveler service, my mum was super impressed they helped her from the time she checked in all the way into the plane and on landing they again helped her all the way to the pick-up location. She was so happy at how friendly the staff was Keep up the GOOD service Lift
The worst service every time from WumDrop, they don't follow delivery instructions just pitch up and only call you when they are at your gate. You must stay home the whole day and wait for your order as they are unable to provide a time frame and when they do say a time range, they don't stick to it. Worst service from Gondai Mazhuwa
Best Service from Shivolin and team at Nerta SA at their store in Durban (https://www.nertasa.com/) Fantastic quality product and really affordable. They demoed their products and I was so impressed. Good after-sales support I highly recommend you check them out for all chemical's and tools needed to clean and protect your vehicle efficiently.
Sharing experience on behalf of my colleague She was involved in an incident where a taxi side-swiped her while she was standing still waiting to turn, The claim process was easy and they gave her a car to use while the claim was being processed. Naked uses external assessor's so the process did take longer than she would have liked but the car was written off and she was paid in full. I am also a member of Naked I have not gone through a claim yet and hope I don't have to but knowing my colleague's experience put my mind at ease as lots of people don't like Naked because they don't understand the AI technology that Naked is backed on. I however can say that the app is awesome the signup process is easy and you scan your car via the app with instant cover. I wish Naked offered more payment options
Bad service from Makro online... missing product from order with no feedback as to why, It shows up online as everything was delivered. I ordered a washing machine and some car tyre gel, I received the washing machine but not the tyre gel both are in stock at the local Makro that the order was delivered from I called Makro Online and told them about the missing product they were clueless as to why it was not delivered. It has been 3 days, and they have not gotten back to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THE MAKRO ONLINE STORE... It's better to go in-store.

First, they cracked my new windscreen on installation made me wait over a month to and replace it and now the install is not done well the windscreen is more to the driver's side when I phone to let them know and asked if anything could be done the lady who says she is the owner answered and cut the call on me saying "You must talk to the dealer, thank you thank you {call cut}". The over-a-month wait was because they were trying to replace it with a pirated windscreen because the original is expensive but the dealership did not allow them to do so, I found this out from a trustworthy source. I recently bought a car from Barons Durban the car was only 6 month old however I had multiple issues. I’ve been back and forward to the dealership to try to sort out things with most of my mileage on the car from the time of buying it being traveling to the dealership and home. Barons Durban is no longer the same as it used to be which was one of the best dealerships in KZN. After buying the car and sharing my experience with people the feeling seem to be similar and shocking both from the service department and management.
