The claims process was quick and easy with less hussles. My claims handler namely Sandile Phayi was very useful , friendly and very professional. I enjoyed working with him on my claim. Thank you very much. This is the best service I have received in man years. Keep up the good work Sandile.
Everything else is fine except for the false advertising regarding the uncapped voice minutes. Not sure why they would call a product unlimited whereas it last for few days and runs out. This is one p[art i do not like about them. Please change this nonsense and stop misleading customers.
I had an accident on 07 June 2021, it was not my fault and discovery insure assured me they will process the recovery of funds and refund my excess. My legal claim was handled by the guy called Cleo Rigney. The guy never gave updates nor communicate any progress to the case. The last communication he sent was that the case was not abandoned and that they sent summons to the third party and this was done after several follow-ups, And that was on 26 January 2022, He never spoke to me afterwards and never returned my emails. The lady who caused my accident is roaming freely on streets and her car is in good condition, mine had to be sold because i couldn't drive it even after repairs. To date there has been no one bothered to update me of the progress until i contact them n was told they successfully recovered the funds. Now no one is communicating the progress on my refund. Communication is very poor. This is very disheartening to me as their client.
They offer the best food in that area. Situated in beachfront and offering nice view for the guests. The staff is friendly and professional. Prices are affordable. Food is delicious and there is variety of options to choose from and the staff is friendly enough to assist you to choose the best choice of food.
These guys came to my rescue today wen I was stuck on the side of the road. They were efficient in sending out roadside assistance and they helped promptly. Thank you Discovery emergency Team.
Iwent to Markhams store in vincent, East London on Monday 13 September 2022 to buy some clothes. On my arrival at the store i saw a brochure that says i can use tymemore to pay for 50% of my clothes and pay the other balance later. The teller instead of doing the transaction correctly she deducted the whole total amount of R2 280.01 and then after realising that shje made a mistake she called another guy who is also a teller. The guy has hiccups when he talks , i didnt note his name. The guy seemed to know how to sort the thing out and then he took my phone and used my Tymebank account and apparently he made an EFT of R1180 to Foschini group. When i asked him about this he said its a voucher that is going to be used for the 50% purchase. But the amount didnt work in the till. I told the guy that i want my money back then he said we must go to the Tymebank agent who was working in the area. we wnt to the agent and told her the story and then she asked us to call Tymebank and attempot to reverse the money. We called Tymebank and told them to reverse the money. They told us about the costs involved and we gave the a go ahead. Today i received a message from them that they were unable to reverse the money. Therefore i have lost R160 deduction fee for reversal and the R1180 stolen by the Markham teller from my account. I am so hurt and i will never forgive them on this. Please people be careful when buying from Markhams and never trust Tymebank. all these people are working togther to scam us. Be warned
These guys are racist , they always treat black people like a piece of toilet . I went there to wash my car and after 45 minutes in the quee the guy told me that they will not wash my car, they will stop on the car in front of me. When I looked atvthe cars in front of me I noted that they were for white people . It's not the first time that this guy is doing this to me. When I complained to the manager, he got angry and started speaking in Afrikaans and suspended me. It's clear that these guys don't like us black people and they will do anything to upset us. Even the way they treat their black workers is not good. They treat them like slaves because dats what they see in us as black people. I hate this carwash.
This panel beater is full of crooks and people should avoid using them at all costs. Firstly my car took 4 months to be ready for collection. They didn't even tell me that my vehicle is ready until I called and asked. When i collected the vehicle I noticed new dents but they denied them and we fought for longtime and I decided to leave them. When I wanted to start the vehicle, the vehicle didn't start and then they jumpstarted it. Inside the vehicle they had destroyed the volume button and the other navigation button had a knife like scratch. I also noted that the back wipers were not working. The car doesn't lock. The car smells like burning plugs when driving as of its going to burn. The car Aircon has also been destroyed because it only gets hot even if you take it down to cool, it doesn't change its just hot hot and hot. The paint finishing was also not done properly because there are some signs of paint not well polished in the car body by the doors. The vehicle was also not polished because the paint is still showing white misty colors in some areas of the car body. When you switch off the vehicle it needs to be jumpstarted always. and I suspect that they might have changed my battery there. I have stopped the vehicle because its too risky and I have escalated the matter to the insurance company. But please guys never take your vehicles to these crooks, avoid them at all costs.
I purchased an explora decoder that comes with installation online on the DSTV website and paid via my credit card but they never sent me a proof of payment for the decoder and the decoder was not delivered on time. on Frustration last month I then bought another decoder that comes with installation and paid on the website using my credit card, However on delivery they delivered two standard decoders without installation and I couldn't follow-up because there was no proof of payment sent by DSTV and the agent that tried to assist me could not locate the purchase, I also didn't get any indication as to when the decoder will be delivered. When the delivery took place lastweek there were two decoders and both were without installation. When I tried to follow-up via the installation agent, they could not assist me because there was no proof of purchase and there was no voucher given.
