DONT ORDER FROM MR PRICE ONLINE - DELIVERY TAKES FOREVER AND A DAY!!!
Don't bother ordering from Mr price online. they state a delivery date and they dont stick to it. No communication, you have to constantly follow up then they blame their courier guys. My delivery was meant to be delivered the 4th Sept 2025, till today nothing. Im chasing them even for a mere reason why there is a delay. RATHER GO INSTORE!

poor service
Took my car there for service and everything came back okay but at the time my brakes had a squeaky sound which I told the service advisor about and he said its probably just dust, my brakes are okay and they will last until next service. tell me why 2 months later my brakes still making a sound and when I called them I was told Id have to pay R1058 to check,??. I then get someone else to check and my brakes are on 0%, they finished. How do brakes go from '' lasting another cycle'' to finished in 2 months? was my car even checked? what else can I expect to break down??

POOR SERVICE
I made a online purchase on the 22rd November and selected deliver date to be the 26th November, Today is the 2nd December and I still not have my package, I have been following up all week and each time I'm being told they will follow up with Skynet. Why is samsung still using Skynet because their service is very poor!! what made things worse my order status then changed to delivered yet I still do not have my package. Who has my package and how does samsung guarantee that my item is not tempered with??? I wont recommend anyone to buy from you guys, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!

Very Poor Service
Very poor service and they not ashamed! I have been waiting for package since the 26th November, Today is the 2nd December. When you call there is no answer and when I tracked online the driver or whoever put a note that said '' bad adddress'' how can a address?? and why was the number on the package not called to confirm?. they have been saying they will deliver but nothing! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Increases by 20% to 30% every year!! Inconsiderate of people pockets
By far the worse insurance with empty promises. Every year insurance increases by 20% to 30% and every year you must call and negotiate as if they doing you a favour meanwhile you pay each month!

They trick people into entering into a debt review process without fully explaining what negative impact it will have on your credit profile!. They debit your account and they never pay your creditors

WORST SERVICE FOR POLICIES
DONT NOT EVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE TAKE A POLICY WITH MR PRICE!!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING AND YOU CONSTANTLY NEED TO BE CHASING THEM, THEY MAKE NO EFFORT AT ALL. MY SISTER PASSED ON 12TH AUG 2019. I SUBMITTED THE CLAIM ON THE 20TH AUG 2019 TO DATE THE PAYOUT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. EACH TIME I PHONE THEM IM TOLD HOW OTHER POLICIES ARE BEING PRIORITIED AND IT WILL TAKE UP TO A MONTH FOR THEM TO PAYOUT. WHEN YOU ADVISE OUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO TAKE OUT THESE POLICIES YOU MAKE IT SOUND LIKE ITS THE BEST THING EVER MEANWHILE FOR US LEFT BEHIND WE NEED TO BE FIGHTING WITH YOU TO PAY OUT. WHEN YOU WERE DEBITING HER ACCOUNT EACH MONTH THERE WERE NO STORIES NOW ITS ''UP TO A MONTH, AFTER A MONTH ITS NEXT WEEK AND IT TAKES UP TO 7DAYS FOR YOUR PAYMENTS TO REFLECT''WHY??? WHEN IT TAKES HOURS FOR PAYMENTS TO DIFFERENT BANKS TO REFLECT. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
