Terrible service
I got rained on whilst inside the bus and the bus driver was so rude about it telling me that how was he supposed to know that it was going to rain

Terrible customer service
I ordered stationery, it was delivered 1 by for a whole week the sad and worse part is that they didn't deliver all of it, no updated me as to what is happening. I had to cancel the one not delivered 😭😭and make other means still waiting for my refund

Bad Customer service
Order number OD435776722378704100 I have spent a lot of airtime trying to get my refund with Makro. The initiated date for the return was the 1st of November 2025 of which it was only collected jon the 3rd of November 2025. I have made so many follow ups to the contact center. I spoke to Fikile whom disrespected me in every way she could, called back again spoke to Kelvin asked to speak to the manager she advised that managers were in a meeting and has logged a complaint call for me and I will be contacted. Called back again however nobody has assisted me.

Bad customer service
Makro customer service and online have no customer service at all 😭 I did a return on online because the Item was double the price it was, ordered online they were quick to accept my order and deliver it. Without collecting the one I returned and it has been scheduled for collection. Made so many calls to customer care no one resolved the query

So a cashier at clicks store in commissioner refused to punch in my card number as I didn't have my clicks card with, literally forced me to have it on my WhatsApp which I refused and told me that she won't punch in my card number as it's not allowed to my surprise I have been providing with my card no with no issues.. To cut the story short I missed my rewards because of her

false advertising
boxer stores did false advertising on sabc for their one day special for the 21 of nov, when we got to the store at 08:30 they told us (customers) that their supplier for Pampers didn't deliver!!! both boxer stores in the CBD of JHB!!!
