I’m beyond frustrated at this point I placed an order on Woolies dash on the 21st July. As usual, some items were not in stock. I received an invoice with the new amount, initial funds went off my account but no refund. I logged a query as I was advised that it will automatically reflect which it didn’t. Was then called and told to wait 7-10 working days, as my bank didn’t release the funds!!! I called AGAIN and was told that a letter would be sent to my bank given that it’s way past 10 working days. Since then, no follow up or response to my emails. I sent multiple queries and emails and received the same generic response. On 13 August I get an email that this was escalated. Since then no response, no call, NOTHING!! Now this is a brand that prides themselves with customer service BUT I think it’s ridiculous. I’ve never ever waited so long for a refund!!! With no response or communication what sh**ty service!
What an horrific experience. We purchased a brand new car more than 2 months ago from VW west cape and to get the vehicle and transport it from JHB was seamless and we were very impressed. However seems this was only to get the sale. 1. The car was registered as used which caused a delay in receiving the disk and the number plates 2. I received 4 permits since purchasing the car and the 2nd permit was not app**** for, they wrote over the initial date. I travelled to Langebaan and was pulled over and almost locked up for a ‘*****ulent permit’. 3. Post that, it took 3 weeks to have this sorted out, in the interim I was given a fleet vehicle for 3 days which smelt horrible and had no petrol. Whilst my car was standing in the heat. There was no responses to emails or WhatsApp’s, the responses we did receive were far from acceptable and personally feel as though sales are their main focus and they have no dealing with after sale service. This branch was convenient as it’s close to home but this has by far been a terrible experience. I should’ve trusted my gut and stuck with VW N1 City!!

I placed an order last week, the order failed and was unsuccessful. The funds were successfully refunded to my account after the mission of getting hold of Payflex and the terrible customer service. This week, I get a notification from the merchant that the order went through AFTER the funds were revered into my account. It’s not ridiculous that’s I’m following up with the merchant to do a refund when it’s Payflex issue. I don’t see why Payflex can’t cancel this order as the funds were placed back into my account BUT again I’m affected!!!! I’m certainly closing my account after this! I’m fed up!!!
I am so over Payflex!!! On more than 3 occasions when making a payment the money gets taken from my account but doesn’t reflect on the app and the supplier doesn’t get payment! I then have to send multiple emails as the call centre is never available! I mean is there even a call centre??? The bot is nothing better as everything is referred to the email or non existent call centre line. What’s the use and the point? I send multiple emails which takes days to respond and when you call their line with operating hours 9-5 it says, “there’s no available agent to take your call at this time” and then cuts the call! So frustrated honestly!
Had effective and efficient service from ROWAN FERREIRA. He was able to provide me with a quote within minutes and amend/update as per my request. Will certainly be reaching out to him when plans are confirmed
So over the poor communication from this online store and actually I just don’t learn my lesson because this is not the first time. I ordered something online, the goods came and it was not the colour I was hoping it would be (as advertised). The colour is slightly off and I’m not happy.. Logged a return and now it’s back and forth regarding a shoe colour. All I want is for this item to be collected and returned so I can get my money back! They take days to respond to emails, actually just over this terrible communication
By far the worst online shopping experience. An order placed at 11:30 has still not been delivered. Almost 4 hours later. I’ve called thrice and was advised devices are slow. I asked for the shopper to please leave with my goods aa only 1 item was out of stock and this was not possible. After pleading for me to collect my goods at a store I was told that isn’t possible too. So technically, I have to sit and wait for IT to fix an issue that couldn’t be fixed for 4 hours. My full amount of funds taken and no refunds made for the outstanding goods or even an email to let me know about the delay. I’m not upset at the glitch, I’m annoyed that no one had the decency to advise me about the issue and after spending 45 min on 3 several calls, all I got was “unfortunately not”
I bought a mirror clock worth R800 and 5 months down the line the arms are faulty and clicks short arm does not work. This is a *******
IVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO CANCEL A DIS-CHEM HEALTH POLICY!!!! SINCE THE 15th NO RESOLUTION PLEASE HELP
