We visited San Lameer with our family, including our son who was visiting from overseas. Initially, we booked a 6-sleeper, but due to a booking error, we ended up with a 4-sleeper. We managed to book an additional room, but our experience at the office was disappointing. The staff, particularly one individual who seemed to be the manager, was rude and made us feel unwelcome. Despite paying a significant amount for a 2-bedroom unit for the weekend, the accommodation was not up to par. The units were not well-maintained, smelled stuffy, and had old, dusty furnishings. The pool area was abandoned, and the overall condition of the property was poor. When we were leaving, my brother had trouble with the sliding door, and the key broke in the lock. We reported the issue to reception, but they deducted the full R2000 deposit for the alleged damage. After a lengthy dispute, they refunded R562.50, claiming the key and lock repair cost R1437.50. However, we questioned the legitimacy of the repair invoice provided, as it was an in-house invoice rather than from a professional locksmith. Our experience with San Lameer was marred by poor service, questionable business practices, and a lack of maintenance. We felt disrespected and taken advantage of, and we hope that our feedback can help bring about improvements and return belonged to others and not make money of other hard work! I have a life insurance with FNB..recently my account has been debited twice. Last month it was Debited twice and the second one was reversed! This month is was debited twice again!!! NO REVERSAL. Who gave you permission to debit my account as and how you please??? Refund my MONEY AS I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR 2 LIFE COVERS! PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE DAMN BNK CHARGES ARE REFUNDED AS WELL!!!
It has been more than 2 months since that *****ulent transaction on my account. That will in November the call centre agent said to me that my card will be canceled and a new card will be automatically delivered to me. It's been 2 months and no news about that card. I opened up a discovery account for my salary to go in add you people are useless. The gateway manger Ursula just plain down ignores m6 emails. This is the wonderful service from Standard Bank.
Unauthorized Transactions on my account for the second time. I have never purchased from Amazon but had a transaction go through my account!!! Why wasn't I alerted or notified or why wasn't there an OTP request!??? To get a cell phone number update you people gone is so much ****. But when money dissappear from our account your unhelpful call centre's cannot help!!!! I did not but anything from Amazon. I want my monet back. This is the second time I had a problem like this!!!! Toe security system is useless. I have banked with FNB fire 15 years and never once had this problem!!! I want my money back!!!
I have a life policy with FNB. Since December there are multiple debit orders. December and Jan was 4 x the debit order!!!! 1 reversal. Basically I paid 3 premiums! I have requested a statement of account but the consultant says there is no statements provided!!!! How the he'll is this possible??????? I am entitled to a statement to my policy! I want to see how you people are debited my account. This is called *****ing!!!! On top of that, i pay bank charges as per transaction!!! Are you going to cover the cost????? I'm am sick and tired of FNB always robbing me as a can never provid me with a DETAILED STATEMENT WHICH I'M ENTITLED TO!!!!!!!
This is around. The 10th time I have ordered online and having issues. If you look at my history or is either stale or expired. This is the cherry on the top, the wine I just ordered, the bottle is MOULDY! IT'S FILTHY!!!!! WAT THE HE'LL DO YOU THINK WE CUSTOMERS ARE THAT WE NEED TO ACCEPT THIS FILTHY Bottles!!!!???? Answer this please??? Secondly, the bottle is expired!!! 2022/15/12 This is PnP now!!! Absolutely disgusting. Try calling any store, and no answer. Why do you give a damn? Sell expired alcohol and old bakery stock and be happy right??? There is no way to return your **** nor contact you damn people immediately!!!! So we need to sit with the damn stock, drive all the way to your branch to get it sorted and then the manager will say we sorry for the inconvenience!!! No no this is not going to be easy. I have had enough. I will report this on every social site. I'm sure consumer watch would live this. Your exorbitant prices and old stock is pathetic!
I called to reinstate my policy. I clearly said to the rude lady that my car is freehold etc and she freehold me an exorbitant premium. I said to her that's ridiculous ill take my business elsewhere she responded with 'ok'. Please tell me, since when did you people become so unprofessional??? The watsapp chat is completely USELESS! Good day, I bought these today from pick n pay however, that taste like raw oil and like sand in it. Also there are black particles in it that looks like ****roach eggs!!!!! Please see pics. I'm very disappointed as this spoiled the taste of my mouth Which is rather annoying! The agent from tiger brands called and mentioned it would be refunded in terms of a voucher and till date nothing has happened
So the guys came back with the new part ordered and replaced it! The machine IS STILL NOT FLIPPEN WORKING! now he wants to take the damn machine to repair the damn thing at the workshop and return it flippen thing! Can I get someone to replace this damn machine!!! Is this a damn circus???? Once that machine leaves my house I DO NOT want it back!!!! These damn technicians replace and damage whatever they feel like that MAKRO cares a damn about ANYONE BUT THERE OWN POCKETS. THE GUY David Mabena, called once to flippen apologies abs never heard from him again!!! Wat the he'll is the apology going to do??? I rant my machine REPLACE TODAY!!!!!! ****IT! I didn't get it for free! I paid for that useless Bosch Diswasher!!!
So this is my 100th message to Makro, obviously calling them directly means absolutely nothing as you only get don't care attitude and empty promises as usual. This is the 2nd time My Bosch Diswasher washer in not working in a space is 1 month. You people send *********** technicians who CANNOT assist and are so unprofessional. Bosch sales will make you believe anything to buy there products from you and this includes there turnaround time for issues and the quality of the product but this Diswasher is absolutely useless!!! I had a Defy for 5 years with no issues. Purchased this and in 1 year broke down twice!!!! The cherry on the top. The technician was scheduled to come in between 10- 12 today. At 11.50am we had to call them to check we're they are. The admin lady is always baffled and knows nothing at Smart Appliances. Obviously they need to change there name!!! Cos they are fat from Smart!!! At 12 she called back to say the technician will be there in 1/2 an hour. I was in my way home which was 3kms away. 15 mins gone by the technician is at the gate. My husband says to them we will be there shortly. 1/2 an hour is not gone by only 15 mins is. He says he has no time to waste and cannot wait! Absolutely rude?? Tell me are you guys doing me a favor?????? I waited 2 hours for this *********** rude people and you couldn't wait 10mins of which you were earlier than expected??? We then called the store manager and he said nothing he can do now but he will call them and check! We don't work??? We sit around waiting for Makro to sort out they're useless Appliances that we buy!!! I did not buy this Appliance for ornaments!!!! I bot it to UTILIZE!!!! This is the 2nd time this broke down with the same issue! When is it going to be sorted out ? R10000 didn't fall from a tree for me to have this issues continuously!!!!@
