My first order was delivered timeously and I ordered glassware everything was intact, great prices great service Will definitely purchase again
O stars they have ****** my money and refused to pay me back for a service I canceled and never used they refuse to respond even sent the complaint to Icasa and no assistance at all they claim to not find my details yet send me an email statement the very same day do not deal with MTN they are ******* have pathetic useless staff and think it's fine to ***** money absolutely disgusting Portia Viljoen who originally dealt with my complaint promised to refund me then starts making excuses and delaying to then completely ignoring my emails every single staff member from the agent that caused the issue by not putting my address correctly and lieing about the speed to customer service who refused to act in time and delivered a device with incorrect address details even after multiple calls and emails to correct it to the delivery service who **** about the delivery date and the people dealing with the complaint thereafter the that should have been paid out 2 months ago but are playing dumb and not responding should all be fired you cannot lie and ***** and should not be employed where you deal with customers you are all *********** lieing *******
The worst group of people I have dealt with. They are rude, *********** and lie and of course do not provide any help even though they messed up your details, you're told to call one number after the other and no one helps you send countless emails and complaints and you're ignored. I will never take up any services from this company ever again
The worst experience I've ever had. They are malicious and dishonest and the rudest most condescending people I've had to speak to. The call Centre is useless, you're transferred from one person to another, and I've had to call for months, when you get through to the person they blatantly ignore your calls and emails but are quick to threaten you, I will never deal with this one company again.
The consultant that called me was extremely rude, refused to provide any assistance or answer any of my questions and then cut the call.
Zero rating The what's app service consultants are useless I've been transferred from one person to another and then ignored They ask the same questions over and over again and take forever if they do respond to assist They do not resp6to calls or emails I've been working from home and when I check the outages it says none even though I am offline and then somehow they realise there is a fault They do not inform customers of any issues For the number of months I've been with them I've had more issues than any other service provider and have been offline which affected my work Rather use an alternative provider or vuma directly
I had placed an order with this company and they had sent an email stating 2 items were out of stock and will be refunded, when I received the package there were 2 more items missing, I had emailed them my banking details as they had requested and advised them of the 2 missing items, I never received a response or a refund
I placed an order for 2 items in 2022 and only received one, I had emailed them for months and have not received feedback to this day or a refund
Do not purchase from Game's online store Zero customer service, they respond to emails weeks later and don't respond to what you're actually asking, you call and they say that they will email or call you back and never do They did not send me 2 items only refunded me for 1 item but I never received the refund and it is now the second month where they are still getting back to me in regards to the second item Will never purchase online again
Its getting 1 star because I actually recieved my orders. No customer service, they do not answer calls, respond to emails or Facebook messages/comments about the **** service or lack there of Although some clothing items are cheap and look nice, good luck trying to guess your size, the sizing is all off and there is no information that can actually help you choose a size, as an online store it was supposed to be more convenient however it's more of a headache especially because you have to pay for delivery as well as delivery to return the items so why would on earth would I just b throwing money away on items that are not even the best quality You're not a big brand and to have absolutely no customer service is appalling, I will no longer be shopping here, I would rather spend a bit more knowing I'm getting clothing that fit
