Such a bad service I got from the Sandton City store. There's a lady there, with a birthmark on her forehead. At first, she could see that I needed assistance and yet she didn't come to me, there was another lady helping a gentleman at the till. Secondly, when I was asking about a certain pair, she moved away behind me while she wad talking. I had to turn and tell her that I can't hear her and I could tell that she wasn't interested. When I was paying, I asked about the return and/or exchange policy, to which she had no patience and explaining clearly to me. Again I told her that I can't hear and understand her and I could tell that she had no interest. Even after I had paid, there was no usual 'Thank you' that one gets from the staff/personnel after helping you. I'm SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED that I had to experience that when the customer before had a pleasant transaction. I had to ask myself if my experience was based on my gender and/or race.... That's truly IRRITATING and DISAPPOINTING in this day and age.
Ordered items via Mr D and one item wasn't delivered. Called Kempton Park McDonald's and all they could say was SORRY... LIKE REALLY? BOW MY REFUND WILL TAKE 5 WORKING DAYS WEREAS WHEN THEY TOOK MY MONEY IT WAS IMMEDIATE!!! SO IRRITATING!!! NXAAAAAAA
I have called the customer care, twice, and in both occasions I was told that I must wait for the next available consultant. After over 10 minutes of waiting, the calls get cut. Then one has to go through the process again of choosing options amd then having to wait Again for a consultant, to get cut off again... WOW, WORLD-CLASS SERVICE HEY???
My mum was collecting her bank card at the Greenstone branch. We waited for more than 20 mins before she was helped. And they only started trying to help when we asked for the manager, and we were told that there's a floor manager. There was a lady ahead of us to collect as Well and she said that she had been sitting/waiting for almost 30 mins!!! Nedbank really??? For card collection??? And the screen that shows which tickets are being helped said that the card/collections said that the waiting period is 32 mins?!?! SERIOUSLY!?!? FOR CARD COLLECTION?!?!?! THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!!!
Your app just logged me out. I chose the "remember password" loooong before even lockdown. And when I input my credentials, it still said incorrect username or password. So logically, I reset the password. AND GUESS WHAT??? EVEN THAT REST PASSWORD WAS INCORRECT!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! Now I am unable to book for any classes... I went to play store and I actually wasn't shocked that it was rated only 1.4 stars... NO SURPRISE THERE!!! YOUR APP SUCKS!!!
Went to your Columbine Square store and got toilet rolls. My app said a different number from the price on the shelves. When Pulane was called to come and sort it out, first thing she said was ghat IT COULD BE A SCAM BECAUSE OTHERS HAVE BEEN SCAMMED... SO YOU WANT TO TELL ME THAT YOUR APP IS THAT VULNERABLE??? AND THE FACG THAT SHE WOULDN'T HELP US, SHE REEEEFUUUUUUUSSSSSED TO HELP US!!! SHE CONTINUED TO SAY SHE HAD NO AUTHORITY TO GIVE US AT ANY OTHER PRICE!!! WOW CHECKERS!?!?!?
For 2 weeks now I have been calling FNB to get a Paid up letter for a Temporary loan that was already paid up last year May (May 2019)!!! My banker also called and yet I have not received any letter... When I call your call centre I get disconnected, or transferred from one person to another... IT IS IRRITATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One would expect that as the innovators when it comes to banking, your call centres and your systems would actually be different from all the other ones out there?????/// Guess What???? YYOU ARE NOT!!!
Firstly, the fact that there's no one to call and complain about something is very frustrating. Secondly, I wanted to buy the 400g Melrose spread, which on the app it is R49.99 but at the store it is R54.99... Like why aren't the prices the same??? Thirdly, I've filled in all the required sections but it wouldn't allow me to submit... SO IRRITATING!!!
It's irritating that I am unable to check my cashback via *120*25253# I've put in my card number countless times and I still can not check my cashback amount!!! It keeps on saying that the cludcard number is incorrect!!! Like seriously??? Useless platform... Sc**** it out totally because it never works!!!
I went to the Sunward park store and asked for R200 at the till and Malefa(teller) informed me that she doesn't have. She called on Gugu(teller at the Lotto till) and she also didn't have. A supervisor walked by, Refilwe I think, who just shouted out to Gugu to ask her if she had and she carried on walking without helping me. Gugu asked another lady at the tills if she had, that lady said yes, when I looked over there was a queue. So I asked if I was supposed to join the queue, to which Gugu said that she doesn't know, I'll have to ask the lady who said she has the R200. Now, please make me understand, why did Pick n Pay agree with the banks that they will help customers when they want to withdraw and yet it's a mission to use this service??? Now I must go to the outside ATM Which isn't sanitized and get the money from there!!! So disappointed in this store of yours...
