I had an account with tymebank which I have never ever used. My ID no is 7910120443083,cell no 0724458785. I was sent R650 on my account on 8 May 20024 at 12:44 pm. I can't get my money because I do not have the tymebank card I do not have pin number because I have never used it before. The lady who sent me the money her cell no is 0641784503 was promised that it will be reversed within 7 working days. So between this lady and tyme bank I do not know which is lying because I am still waiting for my R650. So tymebank can you please contact this number 0641784503 and reverse the 650 because I am a school transport driver and if she doesn't pay I will stop taking her child to school. I wrote a report last week Saturday for a broken ups that was taken in for repairs by game jabulani mall. It's been a week I haven't received any feedback from volkono or game
I bought a mini volkano ups for wifi on the 11 July 2023.Today it stopped working, return it to game Jabulani mall. They tell me that they are taking it for repairs. It's not even 6 months since I bought this ups. Wasn't I supposed to get a refund or a new one??? You could see that the lady at customer care tills doesn't even know what to do with my case. She called someone on the phone and said it will be taken for repairs. Please fix this my daughter is writing exams on Monday I need the ups for loadshedding
I bought a volkano mini ups for wifi in July 2023 its November now, today its stooped working. I bought it at game jabulani mall. Instead of a refund they tell me they have to send it for repairs at volkano. I bought it because my daughter studies on line. She is writing final exams on Monday and we do not have a ups ,godforbid its load shedding. I want a refund or a new ups because it's only 4 months that we bought this
Why do your tills not have enough money?. I went to withdraw money sent through Old mutual. I had to wait for 10 minutes because your tills do not have money and the manager was not very helpful.

My daughter's account was deducted R232.36 from some company we don't know about. I called in the call center and some guy I spoke to refused to reverse the debit and was very rude to me. I want my daughter's money back.
My daughter Zanele Lethabo Mashiloane has still not received her textbooks and her colcampus is not on. We were promised that she will receive an sms yesterday or latest today, but nothing came through. Her forms are in oder and the school fees deposit was paid in the beginning of February. Some students are busy with assignments which are due on the 31st of March. I don't understand what the hold.up is!!!
