I returned a bedside clock that was so bright that I could not sleep with it on. It claimed to have 3 setting but they were all super bright. It was on for 15 minutes before i switched it off. The next day I put it back in the package as i received it and started the return procedure. I just got and email to tell me that my claim was declined as I have damaged the package in which it was delivered. This is absolute bull! The package was exactly as I received it. Takealot will never ever see me again if this how they **** their customers. Shame on you. I wonder in whose employer's bedroom my clock is been used? At least they have a bright light as well.
Vodacom ****med me for 4 yrs on a monthly debit order for their tablet package. I havnt used it for 4 yrs never switched in on or used my 1Gb since 2019 when I cancelled the tablet as i got uncapped wifi at home. Phoning and speaking to Nadiem was speaking to a robot! Their terms and conditions was read all the time after I explained tht they did not cancel the package as i requested in 2019. I had to give him my email address which showed tht i never received a statement and neither did i receive an SMS. I hope you r happy ****ming me out of R4 000 +. I hope someone read this message and decide not to sign on as they will have a difficult time cancelling their 2 yr contract.
I eventually after many emails and facebook searches find the owner and spoke to her. I recreived my product but it was not what i received 2 yrs ago. It was grainy and no oils in it. I complained and the owner offered my money back. Well good luck with an empty promise! Now she doesnt read my message. PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. SOMETHING WENT DRASTICALLY WRONG AND I AM GOING TO REPORT DAOLUS ORGANIC PRODUCTS TO THE CONSUMER ACT.
Daolus is ****ming you out of your money. They take your order and then you just dont hear from them again. I am reporting them to the consumer Act.
I bought the bean dish as im a vegetarian. It was absolutely horrible. They should rather call it a bean soup. The portion was also super small. I will never ever buy from Frozen for You again.
When last did the owners of this company ate their own food they are selling. It is terrible and watery. After warming you have a very small portion of food not even enough for a 3 year old which is extremely watery. You must literally tip your plate at the sink before eating. Its expensive and definately not worth eating.
Econofood in Northgate shopping mall wont see me again. I bought fresh chicken breasts and when I picked it up my hands were wet from the oozing chicken fluids. I was in a time crunch otherwise I would have turned around and walked out. When I mention to the cashier that she must tell her manager that they must seal the fresh chicken better she gave me atritude by saying it is sealed. If it was seeled why was it oozing chicken fluids!? Train your staff to acknowledge if a customer gives negative but valid feedback.
The call centre of MTN is pathetic. They mught as well close it down. I have phoned them 18 times with the same problem and not once did the follow up to see if my problem was resolved. I have R154.00 value of airtime on my phone but yet when I want to make an airtime call I get a ghost message that say ... I have insufficient funds to make this call! Its been a week and I still cannot make calls. Shame on you for being so pathetic. I have switched my cell on and off 20x as it is a magic cure! Why dont MTN have a call register on your cell number? Surely you want to look at the history of the problem your client is experiencing? Or maybe not because then you can just take their money and do nothing to solve the problem SHAME ON YOU FOR NON EXISTING SERVICE YOU MONEY GRABBERS
Please do not use SA Silver if you are interested in buying Silver coins or bullion bars. I paid R48 600 on Monday 8th of January and still havnt received it. I was promised delivery on Monday/Tuesday and obviously no follow up. I just phoned the number on their website and spoke to a Paul who was as uncooperative as you can imagine! When i demanded to know why ive been waiting for more than two weeks for the delivery I was told that he has a stock situation! Really? You are selling something that you dont have as you claimed and you cannot even communicate that to your client? He was so quick to want to refund me and you want to know why?? Because the silver price went up. I have used Silver-Sphere before and received AMAZING service! They are truly excellent!
