My complaint against Dr Irfaan Hargey Inc. was raised with HPCSA during May 2025 with all necessary documents updated by 23 June 2025 at 10:19 AM. The complaint was lodged against Dr. Irfaan Hargey Inc. for insulting me and violating my right to privacy by insinuating that my medical condition, at the time, was due to excessive alcohol consumption in front of other people, in particular my colleague who was occupying the bed next to me. Furthermore Dr Hargey had disclosed my medical information - which I had share with him and his manager privately at a meeting - and after I had terminated Dr. Irfaan Hargey Inc. as a treating physician - he continued to share my personal information with his staff on his shared email account. HPCSA is either protecting their member as it seems he WILL not provide them with an explanation of events, and it is now three months later (13 November 2025) and still Dr Hargey Inc. believes they are above the laws of our country and need not to comply with his regulating body’s request in determining his professional conduct. The updates of HPCSA regarding the matter reads as follows 1) Your complaint and our email dated 13 August 2025 refer (yet the complaint was finalized 23 June 2025). Take note explanation has been requested from practitioner. 2) Previous email emails “herewin” refers. Take note the matter is still being investigated. July 2025 as well as September had had no updates. To this day I was not informed if Dr Hargey provided his version or if HPCA is still waiting on this extremely busy doctor to comply with their request, if it ever will happen. This investigation looks a lot like all our commissions in South. It takes very long and at the end of the day no outcome. My official remedy is still for Dr Hargey Inc. to apologize in writing for his inconsiderate and disrespectful comments and gesture as well as for violating my rights in disclosing my private information in front of and with other people. The HPCSA is enabling these behaviors. The National Health Act of 2003 makes it an offence to disclose patients’ information without their consent. Let us see if they even care what is said about them on Hello Peter
I am so frustrated with ABSA who has allowed a 3rd party to place me under debt review without informing me or involving me of the process and verifying with me if consent was provided. The ironic part is that the ABSA has excluded me from debt review unless I go to a branch to update my marital status, which I never did. They have allilowed *****ulent activity on my profile and now they are distances themselves from their actions.
I am officially done with this network. Have been blacklisted for an account that was cancelled in Nov 22 and the accounts went to the wrong address. It took debt collection to link my id number to my other 5 accounts I have with Telkom. Done with your **** service. No one responds to complaints.s
I am still awaiting my VAT refunds for two of my businesses for 2023/05. Every time new documentation is required and a standard letter is issued, WIYHOUT being specific as to what is required. When you submit further documents the clock starts again at 21 days for your re-evaluation. This is affecting our cashflow as a small business and I have to closed down the one, but need this VAT refunds to do so. I am of the opinion that several small businesses close down because of this practice. Please contact me at info@terratel.co.za if you want to assist us from being insolvent.
I wish I could give you NO STARS. Your online service is non existing. I have placed an order and then notified that it was partially cancelled. Then I waited for almost 2 weeks for my order to be delivered. Eventually I had to enquire and was then told the entire order was cancelled. And then the cherry on the cake is the hoops you have to jump through to get refunded. A bank letter, ID document. This is the first and last time I will ever shop at Builders. YOU SUCK!!!!
I wish to report Vodacom's unethical conduct. Their website advertises a promotion for Prime Videos and the qualiyiny criteria as stipulated on the site reads: Vodacom contract customers, as well as Prepaid and Top Up customers who’ve spent at least R150 on the Vodacom network in the last 30 days. When I phoned the customer line and having spoken to Tinkhipha, I was informed that it is only for existing customers who have been with Vodacom for 60 days. Nowhere is this fact stipulated. This promotion has led me to become a Vodacom customer, but it also has also left a bitter taste in my mouth as they are of the opinion that I can't read properly. Please see the promotion for yourself at url: https://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/services/amazon-prime-video. Please Vodacom, call me to give me an English lesson as I don't read 60 days in your wording. This is false and unethical advertising. Regards Lesley Claassen 0713269362 lesleyclaassen@gmail.com
Since I have been with Vox I had excellent service besides my email box. I get delays of hours before people get my emails and visa versa. They seem unable to find the real problem and some of them told me it is the settings others it is the other person's exchange, while others blame the algorithm that checks for profanity. Well, I had it wkthem and am looking for an ISP that can ensure my communications are taken care of as a matter of priority.
Transnet will remain a reflection of the current government and they are really prepare to address atrocities of the past... When someone new comes in as head, it's more of a purging exercise of getting rid of the previous cronies, who were in collusion with each other. It just leaves the company with a different set of leaders, with the same mindset and their own new agenda. I have been victimize, discriminated against by the old ****rnet, but more so by Transnet. In 1993 I had an IOD with a motor vehicle accident and reported it. Today all paperwork is missing except the fact that it happened and left my spine damaged. They do not show the will to address it an the white supervisor, giving the unlawful instruction to drive a decommissioned vehicle, is still in the employ. I even brought it to the attention of Transnet new CEO, Portia Derby, but the way her people want to address my grievances appears to be more of a cover up than restitution, the way they interrogated me. I am in a deep depression as a result of this. I informed them that I am prepared to do polygraph tests if they are doubting me. So yes, Nee management, with the same old mentality. SO SAD, OUR COUNTRY IS IN SHAMBLES BECAUSE OF THE SOEs Being A Mirror image of ANC government.
I would like to thank Clicks Sanbel in Cape Town for their excellent service. Michelle Walters went out of her way to ensure that I get the nebuliser I was looking for thought the distribution centre had none. Thank so much for your outstanding service. Lesley Claassen
I am trying to interact with someone at SARS to help me correct my PAYE and VAT. This seems to be an audacious task as I can not have a one to one with a person that can sit and take me through a process to resolve my issues. Instead I have to go on to e filing and create a dispute or reason, but even this is not what is needed to help me as notifications get issued which do not always resolve matters.
