I have requested on the 30th October 2025 that we are moving and an order has been put through with Web Africa. It has now been 2 weeks and still no update. They said that Openserve will do the installation. I have spoken to Openserve and according to them a transfer should only take a week. Unfortunately Openserve cannot give me an update and only Webafrica can. We never had any problems with webafrica up until now. This is ridiculous that we have to wait this long for a transfer, and with no communication.
Good day. Crazy Pets Boksburg. I have been using the store to buy pet supplies and dog food for a very long time. The service is great from the staff they are very friendly and helpful. I only buy tye adult Montego dog food 10kg (Monty and me). I have never had a problem with the food. I bought a 10kg bag on 30 April 2025. After I through it into the drum I saw that what looks like spider webs. The next day the drum was full of magets crawling underneath the lid and making nest. I am very disappointed as this is very disgusting. I know that magets is not harmful to dogs but the drum is in the house and still why will there be magets and magnet nests in a sealed bag????
Buffalo is the worst logistics company ever. I wish Shein and Temu had an option to choose my own logistics company to deliver my parcel. Like Fast way. My tracking number showed in transit for 4 days. When I called them on Thursday 2 January 2025 they said that my parcel will be delivered on Friday 3 January 2025. I phoned then again today (Friday 3 January) they said that it's out on delivery. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL OR GET ANY MESSAGES OR CALLS. The whatsupp number does not reply at all and no replys on the email. If I had a choice I would never use this service out of my own. It's really pathetic.
Vodacom, does not even deserve a 1 star !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the worst service provider in South Africa. On the 23rd of May 2023 I requested "move address".... no response, about a week later I spoke to an agent stating that the installation technician will contact me regarding activating the the home fiber at the new address. All good & well, never heard anything from anyone. So it goes on for almost 3 months. Each time about 1 - 2 weeks when I phone, agents have different excuses, vetting process expired because someone at Vodacom did not do their job, the previous agent used the incorrect 3rd part etc., after speaking to 7+ agents in this time yesterday 16/08/2023 I called again the agent was very rude & therefor I requested to speak to a manager. The "so-called" manager said that the account is now (after 3 months) the account is in arrears & therefor she is unable to put through the order for the relocation. I tried to explain what happened & all the previous times I spoke to agents & that they never mentioned about any arrears or that this is the problem. She refused to hear my side of the story & told me I should pay for 3 months (3 months WITHOUT FIBRE NOW) only then she can put through the order. The agents at Vodacom does not give a damn about their clients or giving them the correct information when asked. Now this is the problem after 3 months & I have to sit with it & try & sort it out. This is ridiculous. I have now submitted a letter to Carte Blanche & The Devi Show. Vodacom your service is pathetic I guess you can tell by the reviews on this platform as well. With no effort in bettering the service. I requested to upgrade the package but guess you don't want the extra sales as the service is still poor. I would rather cancel my subscription with you than deal with your agents for one more day. I will never use the service of Vodacom ever again.
Autoboys Kempton Park. Thank you for the great & efficient service delivered. I claimed through insurance stone damage on the windscreen. Within 3 days they ordered the new windscreen. On Monday they arrived on time and not even an hour the windscreen was in. Brilliant job.

I have requested to move my router to a new address more than 3 weeks ago. Each time I follow up with Vodacom, "someone will phone me back" THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN, I have to follow up every time. I even changed the package to a more expensive one & still no service or feedback from Vodacom. My Brother works from home & at the moment he can't do anything. I have to still pay for an entire month WITH NO FIBRE. This is the worst service in the history of services.
We rented through Jawitz the past year, service was great & staff very friendly. Unfortunately at the end of July (end of our 1 year contract) we had to move as we needed a bigger place & ground unit for the kids. As per an email from Jawitz stated that within 7 days of vacating we will receive our deposit back after doing an exit inspection. On the day we moved out nobody was there for the exit inspection & I handed the keys over to the maintenance guy. This was on the 30 July 2022. Now today 22 August 2022, we still have not received our deposit back. Nobody gets back to me regarding this & no update or feedback has been given. This cost us to loan money for the new deposit as the new owner gave us extra 2 weeks to pay while waiting for Jawitz. This is not very good customer service.
Worst service ever!!!!!!!!! I ordered home fibre from Vodacom. First of all they tell me that the rooter will be delivered which was last week (I gave my work address as the delivery address) they couldn't even get that right, so I had to phone to courier not to send the driver as no one will be at home. Vuma says they will send someone on Saturday to do the installation, still waiting for that guy. Right so Monday 01/08/2022 - I phone Vodacom, change the delivery address & ask about the installation. Vodacom says it will be done that afternoon & bring the rooter with them. Tuesday 02/08/2022 - I phone Vodacom "sorry mam, when changing an address or making any changes the waiting period is 21 days AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!! WHAT???? HOW????? This is the most useless service provider ever. We work from home & explained that to them but clearly not even bothered. "sorry mam this", "I understand mam".
Vodacom Fibre - Worst Customer Service. On the 19th I requested for Vodacom to call me back in connection with Vodacom home fibre. They gave me a call explaining the promotion etc. I told them that I need to confirm with my husband & they said they will phone me back @ 3pm. Never received that call. It is now the 21st, I have requested numerous times on the website for a consultant to call me back with no luck. Cannot get through to the contact number given by the website. I receive messages stating they tried to call me, I should phone back on that number(not working). THEY DID NOT CALL ME!!!!!! If the service is this bad for potential new business, how bad will it be after using your service?
