This company should be investigated because how do you move people into unmaintained units, that are worn down and still expect to be paid for rent, electricity and utilities? I wish i had seen these reviews before i moved in. They are so adamant you pay deposit and additional costs before you move in yet their units are so bad and they dont even come and fix, they are nowhere to be found. This is crazy! Moving is a headache but at this point im so willing, only been here less than a month and im fed up! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!
I ordered from pick n pay (CAMPUS SQUARE) via Mr delivery app yesterday and they cancelled my order cause the driver wasnt able to deliver and they also didn't reverse the money but put it back in the wallet only after i called to enquire what was happening. My issue was that they cancelled instead of allocating a driver with a car or notifying me of that. Today i ordered again with them around 9:00 order was accepted 9:35 items picked by 10:10 and im still waiting for my order i cant even track the order cause nothing is happening on the app. I tried their whatsapp line no help there i have been calling their customer line since morning cause my order was suppose to be delivered around 10:33 but nothing has happened and i cant get help or get through to anyone. The service is horrible
I ordered food yesterday which was never delivered. The driver (Evans) claimed to have made contact with me as he was waiting for long. I stay in a complex when drivers deliver they can either leave the food with our security or wait till the customer collects if it has a pin. I always make sure i go to the gate 5-10 minutes before the driver arrives, i never received a call from the driver only notification after i have been to the gate twice with no driver in sight and even confirmed with security on whether ubereats came and security confirmed even checking cameras. My questions is why didn't the driver leave the food with security if they couldn't reach me as alleged, why did the driver note the order as completed/delivered when it wasn't and why did the drivers number go directly to voicemail after this? Uber is refusing me a refund so i asked them to credit my wallet because the money was deducted from my card yet i didn't receive the food. i tried calling the driver on y side as well and it was going to voicemail. Ubereats is refusing to assist and claiming their driver tried calling me which is not true. I'am super upset and disappointed at their service because i'am a regular customer who has never had issues with them but now with this i will no longer order from them.
Lancet must be the worst laboratory when it comes to service. I have experienced such bad service delivery from the Polokwane branch and here in Johannesburg. Our company works with nurses which utilise their labs here in Johannesburg and Polokwane. It brakes them weeks to deliver stock and they always have excuses when the stock has to be delivered and their marketing people don't answer calls the day stock has to be delivered and it's not. They don't offer gloves,sharp containers,sanitisers or carrier bags for stock . It's so frustrating because as a client i bring them business yet their service is beyond poor and disappointing. I have been waiting for stock i ordered more than 3 weeks back they told me it would be sent the day before yesterday I'm still waiting even now. No one is answering calls or has feedback as to what is the status with the stock. If the stock is not delivered by today i have no other choice but to take our business elsewhere because this can't continue to go on. Mind you it's not the first or the second time they do this. Polokwane branch the nurses are rude to our employees and their marketing manager or team isn't helpful either.
I bought a laptop at the Westgate branch in January the item starting giving issues so I took it to the Cresta branch. The laptop started making random beeping sounds,flickering and blanking out when I used it especially with excel. They took it in for repairs and apparently replaced the battery. Nothing changed the laptop was worse than before and also the battery would drain faster than before. I took it in the second time cause nothing was fixed. Upon collecting it the second time they told me they had replaced/fixed the screen. Took it home same day it's stick flickering and going blank and the battery still the same. I emailed incredible and they told me to take the item in to be looked at. I'm tired because I use the laptop for work so I'm not understanding how many times I need to take it in for the same reason and nothing being resolved. I haven't received any assistance and this time I either want another laptop or my refund cause I can't keep taking it in for the same issue and I get the machine in the same condition meaning it's faulty period.
I got an HP laptop from the Clearwater store and it started giving me issues along the way so because I moved the Cresta branch is closer. I took my laptop to be fixed there they told me it would take about 3 weeks. I explained to the tech guy that the laptop keeps flickering everytime I type especially when using excel, the screen goes blank and the laptop keeps making beeping noises. The guy that assisted me said it could be the graphics card or something. I initially thought it had something to do with the screen or something internally that might be faulty. I waited over 3 weeks to collect my laptop and I asked what was wrong and the guy said it had to do with the battery I was surprised because the battery was fine but then because I'm not an expert I just took the item and headed home. To my surprise the laptop was still doing the same thing and now worse my battery is used up even quicker than before. I called in the same day to notify them of this matter it took hours to get through cause apparently their line has an issue. I was asked to bring my laptop in and that the matter would be escalated. I'm super disappointed because firstly I feel the technicians need to bare in mind the issues the customers bring forward and check that before assuming their own opinions of what could be wrong. They assumed the battery was the cause and changed the battery now the machine is worse. I have no words because I work from home and require the laptop do so. I'm just disappointed and frustrated cause now I have to wait another 3 weeks + for them to sort this out. This is unacceptable how do they misdiagnose an issue like this?
I recently ordered again from Parreirinha Illovo and got the most horrible food. The fries were burnt, the food was overly salty and oily I could not understand. It was definately not worth the price I couldn't even eat it all. Very disappointed as most the issues I have I overlook from food being too salty or too oily this one was all three and I couldn't.
I had the worst experience ever at Galitos on Beyers Naude. I have gone there previously with no issues but today was it for me. We had no power in our area so I usually go there to charge my phone and order food. Today when I got there the guy immediately asked if I was going to order before I even sat down I responded that I will be ordering it wasnt even 20min that I was there I had to leave but I came back soon as a cam back both cashiers a guy and lady approached me and demanded me to order as I was there an hour which was not even true, they told me that their boss doesn't allow customers to sit there 30minutes without ordering and that I had been there over an hour. They went on to say that the camera is watching and that I should order because they would get in trouble with their boss,they went on to speak in vernak that people come there to use up the power what not. In frustration and anger to what they were saying I told them that I'm a customer and it's not the first I come here or even order online to be treated like that was unacceptable. I ordered as usual and continued to work. I was do appauked as they stated all those things in front of other customers. This complaint is to show the type of people being hired in these establishments and the leadership they are being guided under. I don't think the cameras are there to monitor who is ordering and who is not this is unacceptable and disappointing. Something has to be done. People come there to order and also eat they food in peace not to be told what they can and can't do after ordering a meal and how long they can sit there for why make seatings if that's not the case? Shameful
i have been with telkom a long time and what i have to say about their insurance service is disgusting. i wish i never took this stupid insurance on my phone i regret it. I went there to sort out my phone which was not working at the time and i was told that because the phone isnt smashed or have water damage there was nothing they could do and that the insurance wouldn't cover it. I was furious cause here i was with an insured phone that no longer works which i got from Telkom ages ago and they were unable to help, so what and i insuring exactly??? i went to the store in clearwater and the consultant just gave me a pamphlet to call without bothering to assist me in cancelling the insurance, i tried searching for the email which i emailed to cancel my contract numerous times with no luck. The number never works and now im stuck with insurance i no longer want and they continue to debit me every month. Im sick and tired of this i will longer pay and reverse the charges i dont care cause i havent received any help whatsoever. SOMEONE PLS ASSIST
We ordered Balgravia and tonic yesterday using pick n pay asap and it stated it was delivered and it was not. We waited for the following day cause we thought maybe we would get the order today but we never did and they also haven't reached out and we don't have any direct contact. So now I just want my refund and want it now. Their service is appalling cause they don't even take the necessary steps to rectify this mess
