Still waiting for August salary from TymeBank Call centre is not helping to track and trace my money I hate this bank, for the rest of September I had no food for kids because TymeBank doesn’t release my salary

Despite sending POP from employer about my salary I have still not received my August salary. Tymebank is forever investigating and putting you on hold with zero feedback. No correspondence from this unprofessional bank. It's a nightmare dealing with tymebank service desk

Salary not reflecting since last month
Despite sending proof of salary payment numerous times to tymebank from my employer i sill havent been paid. I wasted R600 of airtime calling everyday without any solution from this bank. My kids are hungry and my loand are not paid due to this bank not taking people serious. They will be losing a big customer soon

Contract not canceled
Been trying to cancel the data contract with mtn but all they do is transfer me to all the consultants the whole day wasting my airtime without being helped Every consultant I talk to doesn't know how to assist No one gives me straight answers on canceling this contract.
