Poor Customer Service from Fly.Cool
I hope some owl who is looking to get Vuma Reach Fibre sees this before the consider this ISP. Very incompetent agents, they don’t have customer number, the number they have is some guy who will not answer your calls or WhatsApp. If you log a request via mail, each response you get is a different person and you will go around in circle and nothing will be done. Their customer portal is a ghost town, it’s like they hosted a website and called it a day, it’s unattended, you will log a support ticket and a month will pass without getting any feedback… Don’t apply for fibre with this ISP, I know their prices are low, but Don’t!!!

Invoice Re-print from Game
I bought a table and lost the invoice. Went back to the store a week later to request for a reprint...Waited an hour while they go back and fourth and still didn’t get help. Very poor customer service

got sold a car with spare key not working
I bought a car at KIA motors and the sales person as good and friendly. He assisted me all the way. When i went to collect the car, the other key was not working and he told me that it will take a week to get a new battery. Its been almost three weeks and when i call him, he doesn't return my calls. I am under the impression that he sold me a spare key that does not work. Martin is good consultant and i gave him 5 star rating, but now i am disappointed.

FNB APP amazing services
I enjoy how FNB makes the customers feel in control with the FNB APP. I hardly go to the FNB branch for help because they have consultants that can help you on the go. Keep it up. #BlackFriday

SMD Chamdor - bad service
After my car was taken to SMD, I went there to go get my stuff from the car. I had to wait close to 45 minutes waiting for the manager to come back because he went out. Basically if the manager is not around you can’t get your stuff, that’s stupid. I was so angry and decided not to fetch my stuff anymore. If the manager is not around, there must be someone who will be his DOA. #BlackFriday

Insurance option (Trade/Market Value)
#BlackFriday Bought my first car and got MiWay insurance. I didn’t know the difference between Market Value and Trade Value. The agent who assisted me did y tell me that if ever I chose to insure my car with Trade value, my car would be under insured because the trade value goes down fairly quickly. Now I am busy paying off the shortfall because of the option I chose. The claims process was good though!!
