They issue invalid COC's. I got a COC done from Johan and when I requested the electrician's registration certificate, it could not be provided and Chantal confirmed via Whatsapp voice note that it has expired. Hence my coc that I paid for is invalid and they refuse to refund me.

Get your agent Stefan van Wyk to stop spamming everyone on Private Property. He keeps on posting the Central Development Atlanta development listing under every single suburb in Centurion every single day on Private Property and it is very unprofessional and untruthful and irritating for someone that has property alerts set up for specific suburbs to get an e-mail every day and every time it is just him posting the same listing under the wrong suburbs time and time again.
So every few days all of a sudden my Showmax account shows there is no subscriprion, even though I am subscribed. Then everytime after correspondence they fix it and it just happens again and again every few days and everytime I lose my continue watching, watchlists, etc. Fix your stuff or I take my money elsewhere.
So they did not have change at their parking station and decided to take my R100 for a R10 parking ticket. They then issued a credit ticket for the R90. I do not live nearby and almost never come here. I try to sort it out telephonically and get no assistance. Now I am back at the mall 11 months later, only to be told their credit is only valid for 3 months. This is unacceptable. I dif not ask for a credit ticket, I wanted my money, it is not my fault they did not have change. So essentially they stole my money and everyone just says they cannot assist. I will never be returning to this mall again.
Expect to be cheated by Caffeluxe. I ordered quite a few pods in November. I ordered during a promotion which said if you buy one African blend coffee pack, you will get one free. That was the only reason I bought that specific one. And guess what, I never received my free pack with my order. I have reached out on Facebook, e-mail and telephone and so far it was just sorry's and empty promises, no pack of my African Blend coffee as of yet, 2 months later. So think twice before you buy from them, rather go to Checkers or somewhere else that also stocks affordable pods. And by the reviews read on Hello Peter, etc. I saw that I am not the only person that has this issue.
So I am very very disappointed and frustrated with Takealot. I am a regular customer and have been one since you opened, but this past week has been a real disaopointment and is making me think twice about ordering from you again. I ordered my parcel on the 24th of November, they told me it will arrive by the 29th. On the 28th they tell me it has been shipped by their warehouse. It is the 6th of December now, a week after my scheduled delivery time and still no package. I called twice now and they told me it has not even been shipped yet, so they lied to me when my order online was marked as shipped??? Now they can't even tell me when it is really going to be shipped and when I am going to receive it. It was a gift for this past weekend and since they lied and told me it was shipped, I relied on having it in time. It is really ****py customer service to not let a customer know their parcel is delayed and telling them it has been shipped when it has not been. Next time I will think twice before using Takealot again.
