TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! DONT BOTHER.
SHOULD BE A ZERO! Bus is an hour late, and still going, for a trip to Cape Town for work. NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE COMPANY TO FIND OUT WHATS WHAT.

BEST FORD BRANCH IN PTA
I experienced excellent service from this branch and only take my car to them. Andrew the service advisor was very friendly and helpful even with my questions I had to driving more efficiently. The forman of the workshop of this branch also went beyond with service and assistance. I will always go to this branch and will definitely recommend other people to make use of their services.

BEST SERVICE AND QUALITY FURNITURE
We contacted the Montana branch and Godfrey answered. He quickly assisted me with what I needed on wattsapp and we decided to go to the warehouse in Montana where he works. He further assisted us to find the couch and tv stand we needed. Very impressed by the service we recieved, the warehouse it self and the quality of the furniture. BEST GROCERY SHOP IN SA
Since they opened in Laudium I have only had a good experience with them. They constantly check with customers if they are happy and ask how they can improve the shopping experience. They take the time to listen to their customers needs no matter how crowded they get. They are willing to assist even an individual person when someone is in need of help. The best thing about this groceries shop is how good their prices are. This has been such a blessing to so many people in the community and surrounding areas. Even people from far come to shop here. Everyone is welcome and treated like they matter. #SupportLocal

FNB LAUDIUM ATMS SAFETY RISK AND ALWAYS SOME FAULT
SHOULD BE A ZERO FOR YOUR LAUDIUM BRANCH ATMS. YOUR ATMS AT LAUDIUM ARE NOT SAVE. I DONT KNOW WHAT THE CRIMINAL DID BUT MY CARD GOT STUCK IN THE ATM AND WHEN I COULD REALIZE WHAT HAPPEND THE CRIMINAL WAS GONE. LUCKILY I HAD THE OPTION TO CANCEL MY CARD AND CALLED FNB TO FREEZE MY ACCOUNTS AND CANCEL ALL OTHER CARDS. THESE ATMS AT THIS BRANCH ARE NOT SAFE AND ALWAYS HAVE A ISSUE. I CALLED FNB ABOUT 3 TIMES TO MAKE SURE MY ACCOUNTS ARE FROZEN AND NO ONE CAN CCESS THEM GOOD JOB ON THE ASSISTANCE FOR THIS PART.

Excellent Service from store manager
The store manager showed such respect to my friend when she had a problem regarding her phone. She said she had no words to describe how grateful she is for the extra mile he went and assisted her to make the best decision buying a new cellphone. He was also very well mannered and walked with to her car because we went to the store at night time. Well done Superior cell and Computers in Groenkloof. Will definitely be seeing us and our friends there for our cellphone needs.

Fnb Laudium NO
ATMs are always out of order or offline. Qeues are rediculously long at ATMs. Customer care doesn't seem to know their products and aren't able to resolve issues nor give proper advice if they aren't capable of assisting. Best to find another branch like Centurion Lifestyle center.

Affordable grocery shopping
Prices are beyond affordable. Never struggle at the till points. They constantly try to supply to customers demands and offer many monthly specials to their customers.

Worst service advisors
Would prefer a zero for the 2 white lady service advisors at Renault Hatfield. I rather go through the trouble of driving to wonderwaters and deal with Leanne the service advisor for Renault wonderwaters than to ever step into the office of the two ladies in Hatfield. Just thinking of having to go to deal Renault hatfield service advisors (which is my closest Renault where I work) causes me distress.
