Worst experience ever. Wish there was another delivery option
I’ve had such a bad experience with this company. I ordered from shein and the parcel got delivered to them. They marked my package as delivered but never delivered it. They even went as far as saying it was signed for but no proof was given to me. When I get to the warehouse they tell me I’m not allowed in. They don’t answer calls and emails.

Great place, very friendly stuff
Amazing place, My car got stuck and had no one to assist but they pulled through and assisted, even topped up my engine oil for free and change my spark plugs, Really appreciate how they were so friendly and ready to help and answer all the questions I had about my car, even gave great suggestions.

Bad service at Car Care Clinic in Tableview Cape Town
I have been a loyal client of Car Care Clinic in Tableview Cape Town. I recently went to service my Audi and everything went well, the following day I noticed oil was dripping from underneath, I immediately tried to call to see if they were still open and there was no answer so I drove to the workshop only to find the place closed. Fine so I tried calling the next few days until I realized that they most probably on break/closed. When they opened I called them and told them about the issue my car was having and bare in mind my car wasn't leaking any oil prior, I had even asked them to just please make sure or check for me because I would want to fix such issues as Audis are known for oil leaks. Dropped the car off and they did an investigation and found that the sump plug had an issue, did they not accuse me of damaging the car? They said I know what I did to the car after fetching it from service, the guy who's a manager there was soo rude to me and said I know well what I did, I don't know if its because of my skin color that he treated me that way but I am sooo disappointed, I know they have many customers but they just lost someone loyal

This store is a scam, they don't want to refund us our money. Everytime we go there they tell us they don't have money and its been a week now.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a vehicle loan with Standard Bank Vehicle loans. They decided to add insurance automatically without consulting me and I had to pay double insurance for months. I tried emailing them proof of my insurance and never got any feedback and its been months. Can someone help me sort this out please, I cancelled my original insurance because I cannot pay for 2 but I don't even know how the standard bank insurance works

They don't want to pay for fixing my car
I am not happy with the experience. I sent a quote of almost 45k and only got approved about 5k. Had an issue with my gearbox and mechatronics but they decided to only consider the mechatronics which would be cheaper for them to pay for unlike the gearbox. I have been on calls half the day trying to speak to a manager or supervisor or anyone who's at the top but I have not been able to speak to any of them. I am disappointed.

Harassment !!!!!
These people have been harassing me for the past 2 weeks. I made payment and I emailed the proof to various email address and none of them reply yet they call me everyday and send me messages everyday. They are honestly the most annoying people I have ever been on contact with.
