I bought two voucher the first one was bought on the 11 March 2023 for R20 when I try to redeem it I got an error message that the voucher pin it's in correct. Today am buying another one for R100 it gives me the same message. I have tried to het hold of their call center no one to answer the call.
I have been waiting for My parcel and the message was send for the past three days that I will receive it on the 23rd March around 11, I waited and waited and never even receive a call that I won't get my delivery today. Then I decided to call the number and I was transferred to the delivery department the lady was speaking fast I asked why didn't I receive my parcel today she was quite with no respond then I thought maybe the phone it's not clear I said hello is then she replied and say sorry but I can arrange a delivery for tomorrow or Monday. Then I said what was the cause for not receiving it today no answer. Am not happy there service it's very poor. Am so angry

I want to know why did they take my money R395 and please I want then to refund me as soon as possible I have kids to feed.
I always receive a call from Shereen that my Bruma Finince account was handed to them and I asked how much do I have to pay she said R1602 then I paid R1000 the next month I receive an sms saying I now own the R801 and she call I said why is it going up always there reason she gave me was not vailid today she called me again asking when am I going to pay I said for now I don't have money and I will be able to pay R300 month end she then said I own them R950 Like really, I said to her I am not going to pay them at all bcs when ever I pay the amount goes up, Could you please assist me regarding this matter.

Good day Am not a happy about their service that they are providing to us, On the 19 of February 2019 I went to the bank regarding my fathers account which was closed because he past away in 2005 and that account had funds, I gave all the documents that where required, I've never had any respond from them till I decided to call them but the phone was not answer then I decided to send the email to the lady that was helping me , she then said to me I need to come in so that I can complete the Credit form okay I went there skip work again it was on the 4 of March I asked her how long will they take she said few days, okay after four day I contact her via email no respond, I call the number they just answer it but there is no one to talk to I could hear voices but they are just talking their own business. So all I need them to tell me how long do they take to pay out the money because I went to the head office thinking things will be simple. Am very disappointed.
