What pathetic service from FOschini sanlam centre. I purchased a shirt valued at R600 a month ago. Still has the label on and of course never worn. Since then I lost weight and now the shirt does not fit me anymore. I am shocked that Foschini does not want change my top for a smaller size I don't even want a refund. I can even show them my bank statement which shows I bought another goods at Foschini as well . My total bill came to R900 and no one there wants to help me. The branch manager Berenice Lu**** basically told me that I should not waste her time and get out of the store. Is this what Foschini has come too
On the 25 August I went to the KFC branch at Parow Center to place my order. Yes of course something was omitted from my order and now that I am advising them they do not reply to my emails which is there customer care. The lady Busisiwe Lindiniped when I called her says she cant remember me from this morning. How sad is it that KFC can still give this kind of service
vodacom is running a massive competition with all the takeouts, movies etc. I have won numerous Steers ice cream but when you get to Steers they dont know about it, there systems are offline and I then I have to buy my ice cream . Is that a scam for saying i won a free ice cream but when i get there i buy one. Sis to Vodacom and Streers.
Applause for pathetic service again from Lincoln Hofsta at Wesbank vehicle finance. A young child who believes he owns Wesbank in threatening me to settle my account as my car will be repossessed If I do not settle. Goodluck Lincoln with your future endevours.
wesbank is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. There debt review call centre has agents working there with no customer service .each and everytime i call i women that sigh and that are tired of speaking to clients. I have sent numerous emails all over the website of wesbank to get someone else to call me back other than from the debt review call centre. such a well known name but wesbank delivers the worst service i have ever come across
I am trying to apply for a loan at the parow centre Nedbank branch. they keep on telling me my credit score is high but they cant give me a loan. i have been waiting for a month to find out the exct reason why i dont qualify . I also bank with nedbank which i dont understand. no one gets back to me . bad service from nedbank
If anyone has to deal with these attorneys be weiry. Meynhardt and Co are the worst attorneys I have every had to deal with. They are quick to put judgements on your name and when you want to make an arrangement they dont want to hear anything.Then they also charge for the emails that you send back and forth . How cheap can you get. A company I will advise everyone to stay clear from
I had the worst experience ever at the Medicross in Parow valley. I took my mom in to see the DR. and while waiting as myself and my husband have been there a long while we went and bought us something to eat. No where in the hospital does it say that no food is allowed. We both looked at the worst criminals under the sun by 2 nurses names are Sister Lana and Sister Santa. They wanted to know who we were waiting for and where my mother was in the sense that Im lying and Im sitting there for a place to eat. Myself and husband felt like we had just stolen something when all could have been said was that we cannot eat in the sitting area. In this day an age how can people treat another human being in that manner. I was so upset and will make sure that everyone I speak to is aware of the bad assistance you get at Medicross.
What bad service to get from Nedbank when all I have been trying to do is pay my loan account. I have been calling over the place and no one can assist me I have gone to the ombudsman maybe they can get me a statement and the banking details on how I can pay my own account. The account is in the legal department and when I do get through the line either cuts or I am transferred again to someone else. No matter what I have done I am just not getting any help from anyone at Nedbank . The only person who tried his best to help me was Matlokotsi Makhele in Durban and Im in Cape Town . He even called me and transferred me through but again no one answered the call. Im hoping this will have someone make contact with me so that I can actually pay my account.
