Magical Creations - Bronwyn Beckett - Reborn / silicone dolls
DO NOT BUY FROM HER she sells inferior Chinese knockoff dolls at high prices. Makes you pay full amount upfront then when you get the terrible product she refuses refund. She was selling reborn dolls at Toys R Us so I thought she would be reputable. BIG MISTAKE It cost me R12000 !

Silicone doll rip off - Magical Creations
I bought a silicone full body baby doll from her. I was very specific & even sent pictures of what I wanted. She insisted on FULL payment up front R12500. I thought she could be trusted because she sells reborn dolls to Toys R Us. When I got the doll it was terrible it has 'seams' on the whole body, the paintwork is shoddy and coming off, eyebrows are half done. Even the items sent with it weren't the right things. When I asked her she said seams part of moulding but other silicone doll people say its a scam doll and a Chinese knockoff. Basically worth about R2000! DO NOT TRUST HER YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!

VERY VERY BAD INSURANCE
They dont even deserve one star DO NOT USE THEM Their policy information is misleading Their fees are pointless they cover so little, you might as well rather save and pay cash and dentists give discounts for cash. They delay claims, give wrong info of what required They have THOROUGHLY irritated my dentist who now is also irritated with me.

Misleading/ insufficient
Im with their Platinum (highest) cover. In their adverti*****ts & on their products list of coverage they say they cover 2 crowns but in reality they only cover PART. For specialist dental work they covered R800 - this is pathetic. I cant do required dental work because they only pay a small amount on essential part of getting work done. I submitted queries & complaints & in essence it was a case of thats what it is.

Buffalo Logistics-very bad irresponsible couriers
This is a courier/delivery company that delivered my item to the wrong person then ignores emails & cuts off my calls when I try to get them to deal with it & try get my item.
