Poor service
Poor poor service!!! No communication from staff members. After lodging a complaint a staff member replied to my query, however, from there the staff member and a whole department refuses to communicate!! I'm appalled.

Incredibly POOR service
Do NOT order birthday gifts from this lackluster company. Their shipping methods are pathetic and you are going to wait. My order 300720774 has been sitting with them for 5 days without being shipped, no updates nor communication from them, I had to phone to find out what was going on. Frustrating to say the least!!!

Firouz is very professional and accommodating to customers. My Grandmother bought from Solomons Cycles for many years, I even bought my toys here. Thank you Solomons for being constantly great!

Pathetic service
Pathetic service, pathetically faulty app, they don't concern themselves with refunding customers when their app is faulty and funds are taken from bank accounts. Stay very well clear.
