The service and working of Menlyn Home affairs is non existing. Came early, long queue.Waited for an hour, no movement in Queue, second time we were here for COLLECTION!! I thought the minister said they are going to get rid of Queues. We walked in at Centurion lifestyle, there was nobody but they said we must have an appointment!!! I know nothing will change but at least I did not keep Quiet about this TOTAL bad bad service!
I tried to cancel a data line, it is on top up and month to month. We phoned six times, they drop the call. We sent messages, got ref numbers and promises of returning the call within the hour..NOTHING. What must I do more to get rid of this contract??
We had cushions re-upholsterd for our beach house. Firstly the communication was bad. When I opened the cushions at the beach house the workmanship was very bad. The buttons fell off, the work was unneat and worst of all the foam was not replaced! we contacted them, they said they will get back, it is now 3 weeks and no answer. Best to find some-one else for upholstery.
We ordered via ubereats, waited an hour and got the wrong food, 12 pieces of sushi instead of 20. Phoned but the manager cannot understand or speak English. Horrible service!!
No service stood there waiting and waiting while staff wandered around. Not the first time. Manager not interested in helping or listening. Will not shop there again.
After 4 months of struggling to get a paper delivered, and promises from their side, our paper is still been undelivered. A marketing officer at the paper phoned and asked to be given another chance and we agreed. But the day came and went and still no delivery!! What a bad service!! And the sit with a year's subscription money which they just do not pay back!!!!

I cannot believe that people can look at themselves in the mirror when they give service like this!!
I unwillingly renewed my subscription to the Sunday Times after they called me 3 times in a week. I payed the subscription for a year. Then there was nothing. Not a phone call or acceptance of funds. I had to phone twice to ask when the paper would be delivered. The promise was eventually made, but no delivery. I phoned the morning, they said they will phone me back in 10 minutes. Nothing! I phoned back after 45 min. The excuse, the lines were mixed up (?) They promises delivery that same day. Nothing, although I received a sms that the paper will be delivered. I got home from church, nothing!! I phoned again and talked to Jolene this time. Another promise of a phone call. Again... nothing. And on Monday, no delivery of the Times!!

I want my money back, I am not prepared for this type of battle. Pity I did not check on hello peter first......
I have been a customer of virgin mobile but moved to another supplier one and a half years ago. My number has been ported from Virgin. It is in use with my new supplier.

After one year I received a call from Virgin to tell me that I still owed them money, which I payed in November 2015. giving them the benefit of the doubt. Now I received another letter from MBD Legal Collections telling me I still owed money to Virgin and they now have the rights to collect the money I owe, a new amount of R120.

I want to know how my telephone number can accumulate a bill at two different suppliers?? I have not been with virgin for nearly two years now, where do they get that amount??
