Extremely Rude front lady and I ask myself how does a business put such a careless person to run their business while being disrespectful and rude to customers. She just doesn’t care!!!! I’m a regular(because they place is a street away from me)and every time I go there it’s either she’s on a personal call while helping me or she made my order short or something. Today was the worse when she told me she doesn’t take coins..coins she ddnt see or count. We are talking 50c and 20c coins… Also I can’t use my card cause my order must be over R20(which I understand cause of charges) Her manner of approach and I will no longer be buying there. Sad part is that the business is next to a poor informal settlement. How many poor people go there with coins and can’t eat cause of a “NO coins policy”. What’s disturbing is that your prices are not even rounded off. That Witfield branch is the worst iv seen. And good luck to the person who allows someone like that to run their business and chase away clients in this Ramaphosa economy
Bought wings in December and they were very hard,covered in sauce.called and complained and all I got was a sorry. 24/01/25 we Left Karaglen Mochachos to drive to the one near my work which is Dubai centre.were ordered and set down . My daughter asked for the wifi password and they just Said NO. So i went personally as an adult to ask and the manager said straight they don’t have it. I said but it’s appearing and he said sorry we can’t give you.its for the bosses when they come to the store. Which restaurant refuses to give staff a wifi. If they ddnt have id understand.. They just start giving funny expressions and the manager had a don’t care attitude.. If I knew before I wouldn’t have ordered.. Never will I buy again ….they can keep it for their bosses and as for that manager.. You will definitely loose more customers . He has no manner of approach.NO MORE
Worst service from an unprofessional and untrained lady called Agnes from Kempton park region. I did an application and it got declined and I was notified by email. She did not pick up my calls since cause I wanted to provide supporting documentation and find out why. Why do good companies hire bad rude staff? Don’t we check the people who are the faces of our business? Even when I 1st spoke to her she had no interest of helping me. She would not pick my calls and would blue tick me. Till today.. I’m truly disgusting and disappointed to say the least
I work in the greenstone centre and I went there to get breakfast like I usually do. Never have I ever been humiliated,disrespectful and screamed at at any retail store like I was shouted by the guy In the kitchen. I have been getting attitude from him all the time when I go there but Today I decided NOT to let it go. After he today after he took me on… Iam even taking this to the consumer . He even shouted 3 times that if I have a problem I should NOT come back. Hold on. Iam a client and where does he get the right to tell me that I should not come back and buy there???? When I left to Que one of his managers went to to ask him what happened (I assume) I just saw both of them laughing. What are you saying to your staff?? How come no manager or owner intevened???? Never did I feel so small in my life… If it was a white customer,would the service be same? Is it cause my meal was under R20??? The guy is one of those who has been there for a long time,comfortable in his position and thinks he has shares.. How dare he screams at me and tell me not to come and buy there again???

During the finance application,I received the best service,calls,follow ups etc.i even praised my salesman Tjaart for the service. 2weeks later I realized that the car has very very deep scratches on the sides below door/fender You won’t see them if you are facing the car,you would have to be on your knees to see them. Bare in mind that this is a 250 000 car..MY 1st car. They advised me to bring to “look” just to tell me that they can’t do anything tho I have proof from pictures taken from the showroom that the car had deep scratches before collection..before I bought I was promised delivery of spare key and papers for the car.. They never came,I had to go and collect them myself. My nightmare came to reality when boxing day as I was about to leave for holidays with family ..now the car is overheating..it’s not even 3months since Iv had the car.They refuse to help me so I will take the matter to MIOSA and I know they will help me.Grant showed no remorse or even sympathy when he told me that I took the car as is and he can’t help me..I regret ever,ever buying from them. WE AS PEOPLE MUST LEARN TO READ THROUGH REVIEWS BEFORE WE BUY FROM THESE BIG COMPANIES WHO ARE OUT TO SCAM PEOPLE
We have great reason to believe we have been frauded and lied to by the people working at masters in johannesburg.even when you escalate the matter to higher Departments.... employees are aware and vocal about the fraud committed by their colleagues (Thabo) but fear for their lives to help us resolve our issue.looks like alot people there are in it cause they are all scared of resolving this and we just keep brushed aside.we have a strong case and supporting documents but we are not sure who is in too as we are sure that this case has been manipulated.please assist urgently .
