I have not had connection all day and this is absolutely absurd. I have not even had this acc for a month but already facing trouble. We are paying to get a service which are clearly not getting and when you call the customer service they hang up. When you reach out on all their platforms you fo not get a response Dissappinted client
The Worst Service Ever!!! My son has been without a tv for over 24 hours and this is unacceptable! My acc is even paid ahead, but I am without viewing. The amount of money I pay every month is too much to be experiencing such hogwash service. I will definitely be sharing this and past experiences with friends and family so that they know that our services are not valued
Helgard Barkhuizen advertised my property that is not on sale without my consent. Upon being confronted, a mere sickening response was given. ****** crooks!
Fatcake City Pretoria North Blaauw village. The worst experience ever. I was here about an hour ago and this lady was just not interested in redering a good service which we deserve. Customer Service is huge to some of us. Even getting a greeting out of her mouth was a mission.
Worst!!!!I took my son to Oosthuysen EngelBrecth at Netcare in Akasia on the 29th December 2019 and because my medical aid funds were exhausted I ofcourse had to pay cash for every single thing that had to be performed on him. I get a notification 1st week of January and they still billed me on my medical aid for what I had already paid for in cash. I gave them a call and they advised that they will send me an email which I will have to respond to with my banking details for a refund to be processed. 2 hours later no email. I swear I gave them them 3 follow up calls and still no email. What buffoonery is this? What were they doing on my medial aid funds anyway? Crooks! I want my money. And I will stop at absolutely nothing to get it back.
The worst service ever! I have only been here for 3 weeks but myself and the family have experienced the Worst service ever. You can never get a hold of anyone for any assistance. Agents are never available and don't return calls. The office is always not available. Maintenance never available, therefore leaving us stranded. When i moved into the unit, the walls were dirty and needed to be re-painted, cupboard handles broken, all window handles broken, door hinges hanging. I was informed that it will be sorted, 3 weeks later, nothing is done. We have had no hot water for the past 3 days. Reported this and agents were twlling me that they are on holiday, office unavailable and i am still waiting for feedback. I am living with an infant there this is very inconveniencing. Even if this is your last resort, DO NOT COME TO OLIEVEN VALLEY! ELP PROPERTIES NO NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I want my lease cancelled!
