After confirmation of subscription cancellation, emails and follow ups regarding final payments, this Cartrack again sends me messages threatening blacklisting for payment, completely ignoring my messages with proof of payment and confirmation of subscription cancellation. This company is one of the best examples of a company which consumers should not consider doing business with. I sincerely hope I am done with this people, never would I even consider using their service again.
Extremely negative experience and poor service with Cartrack. Recently I traded my old vehicle in and purchased another vehicle, tracking system had to be removed and refitted, requested transfer for tracking device and made payment. Explained to Cartrack urgency as dealership wanted to sell my old vehicle. After I called Cartrack again to get the device removed, they informed me that they dont have technicians available. Cartrack then told me I must pay additional fee to fit new device as I still had months left on my subscription. I then had enough of the poor service and requested cancellation of subscription. Again they demanded another fee, which I paid via EFT. One day after the payment was made, I received a message threatening me with legal action for the cancellation fee, after I sent the proof of payment. They then charged me for another month of subscription and again legal threats. I paid the last subscription via EFT and Cartrack also debited my account for the subscription fee, after cancellation. I made numerous requests, yet still no refund from Cartrack for the subscription payment done via EFT. Needless to say I will not deal with Cartrack again and really not recommended. The arrogance and dont care attitude is not how business should be conducted.

I would like to thank Toyota South Africa for finally showing their true colours of poor customer service and overall don't care attitude towards me the customer. My perception of Toyota's superior quality and service is gone now and I no longer trust what Toyota is saying about reliability and the best after sales service. My Toyota 2019 Yaris have a problem with paint fading and peeling off around the door frames, which was reported to the dealership where the car was purchased. The car was still under factory warranty when I logged this warranty claim, all maintenance done by Toyota dealer and I take very good care of the car as per the owners manual. The warranty claim was rejected by Toyota for reason I use the incorrect car shampoo when cleaning the car. I am using a good quality car shampoo manufactured by Shield and nothing else, by the way. After this brush off by Toyota, I now see that my future business as a customer is not important to Toyota. I personally own two Toyota cars, 2016 Fortuner and this Yaris. When time for replacement is due, I will not consider buying any Toyota again, and not due to any fault of the dealership but Toyota South Africa not honouring their warranty commitments towards me the customer. Thank you again for the poor customer service. You lost a customer.
Second time I had problems with this courier company. Latest is the PUDO locker system that is not working as advertised, really frustrating to use app, unclear instructions, difficult to get refunded. Truly a nightmare dealing with this courier company. Not recommended. I will not use this courier ever again.
I am sharing my extremely unpleasant experience with the Planet Fitness MOFOS to hopefully help other people making an informed decision before joining this organization by means of a gym contract. I joined the local PF gym in late 2019 and went to the gym at times convenient to me. Firstly the gym was overcrowded most of the time and equipment not available for use. No fitness program provided by the gym and little to no assistance from staff. When COVID 19 hit the country, the gym closed as part of the lockdown legislation and the facility was not available for use. However, I was still required to make the full monthly payments, no discount whatsoever. Nobody at Planet Fitness cared that salaries was cut due to the COVID19 lockdown. Exactly like what a criminal organization would do. After the COVID19 lockdown was lifted and the gyms started to open again, only a limited number of people could use the facility but yet again the full monthly amount was demanded by these MOFOS. You were required to queue for a hour at least to get into the gym. Eventually after being harassed by the PF debt center and extremely rude customer service agents, I cancelled the contract, and yet was still held in arrears as there is a cancellation fee charged. I was retrenched in February 2021 but even sharing this information did not stop the PF MOFOS from harassments by phoning and SMS and the debt center still demanded payment of this arrears. The retrenchment letter emailed to these people was completely ignored. I made the payment now to clear the debt arrears and sincerely hope that I never have to deal with this gym organization again. Treating customers with this much disdain and disrespect will hopefully result in closure of this organization. Wishing Planet Fitness all the worst for 2021.
Seriously poor service, recently purchased a smart phone from this retailer, the phone is malfunctioning and I am not getting help towards refund or replacement. This retailer do not honour the warranty as stated on their website. Very unhappy with the product and service.
Dear DSTV, I would just like to say f*ck you very much, for increasing the monthly DSTV premium during the worst financial crisis the entire world is facing in modern human history. It really shows clearly what corporate ****holes DSTV/Multichoice are. Whoever made the decision to increase the monthly premiums, do you know there is a lockdown in place and most people are facing retrenchment or paycuts in the near future? Lets see how many customers DSTV will lose in the coming month or two.
