Fishaways Philip Nel are ******,they will swipe and take your money but tell you they didn’t receive,don’t go to Phillip Nel Fishaways,they don’t want to refund me even after sending statement,it’s a month now ,they don’t even answer calls ,when you go to the restaurant,they tell you stories
Economy Booking are ****mers,dont use their **** services.I traveled to Durban ; I reserved a rental car on November 28 via Economy Booking. I was meant to get the car on December 23, 2025, but Dollar Rental in Durban declined, claiming our credit scores were insufficient, which stopped them from giving the car. I was not made aware of the credit checks while making the payment to Economy Bookings, which feels unjust. They are declining to return my money.
I went to Pep Quagga mall in Pretoria on the 7th of December 2025 ,I called before Going and there was not answer,I got there at around 13:20 and the store was closed and the trading hours are until 14:00 on Sunday and there are no extended hours for today except the ones for holidays,I went to Pep home which is opposite Pep and they said they don’t know anything about this,I wasted my petrol to go there and they are doing as they please closing shop before time with no communications .this is unacceptable and disappointing because I wanted to collect my orders because usually during the week I never get time,I come home late.Is this even allowed?I even took pictures
I bought an item online and money was deducted from my bank but didn’t receive an order number or notifications ,no orders under the order tab in the app. I called them twice and they said they cannot find my order and asked me to send prove of payment.I have sent it but no reply,please give me my refund Makro,you are ****ming us ,I want to buy somewhere else,I don’t want your stories about your technical problems,refund me now
I joined Two Mountains in 2020 October and my first payment was at one of their offices,I was given the @Pay number to use when paying at Shoprite. I payed at Shoprite using the @Pay number until 2022 May then decided to go to the bank to make a stop order because they gave me bank details.From June 2022 to date I was using the stop order right until I went to their office to enquire about something only to find out I am not on their system. I asked what is going on because I have been paying them,then I was told that Two mountains had an underwriter which is Hollard and they separated with them 2021.Two Mountains didn’t communicate this important information with me,no call or anything.They said I was supposed to choose whether I’m leaving with Hollard or staying with them(Two mountains).I said how would I know this if I was not contacted and they saw that I kept making payments and kept quiet. I even said to them Why did they choose to move me to Hollard without my knowledge and after moving me to Hollard Why didn’t they tell me to stop paying them(two mountains) and start paying Hollard because when I called Hollard ,they told me that they cancelled my policy because of non-payment and all this time the money was received by two mountains. Two mountains doesn’t have me on their system but they kept quiet receiving my money with ID as reference number. I asked them what if someone died,I was not going to be covered and it’s not my fault that my policy was cancelled,it was the incompetence on their side and greediness. Now I joined another funeral parlour which is giving me 6months waiting period which is sad. I asked them for a refund after giving the pay@ from Shoprite and the stop order prove of payments,there is a lady I was communicating with on emails and telephonically who gave them the pay@ receipts but they don’t want to pay me the Shoprite payments I did, They are telling me stories saying that their system changed and they cannot find other receipts,kindly assist me with a full refund from 2020 because their separation which caused the cancellation was not my fault and I deserve my money back. I bought a Lalela inverter last year ,it only worked for 2 weeks,sent it back ,they replaced the battery then I made it clear that I don't want it,they refunded me then i bought a different brand (RCT) inverter from them.the inverter worked for 4months,they checked it and told me it's the battery,I told them I don't want the inverter anymore because I cannot keep replacing a battery every 3 to 4 months,what will happen if it is out of warranty.they told me that the inverter was not made for this kind of loadshedding and RCT is aware of the issue and they are busy building lithium batteries to replace these ones,the Kolonade manager is rude and doesn't want to refund me,this cost me 8500.im so ****ed ,I bought a ups,I dont want inverters anymore
Stay away from these people,they are crooks and the agents are rude. They will give u the oldest phone models that are not even close to the insured value. I personally am not happy with the service I am currently getting and I wish I could just fast forward everything so that I don't deal with these people ever again.
