I was ****med either by a staff member or someone supposedly from Qatar Airways customer services- BEWARE.
I ordered tiles, I was informed they'd be at the branch for collection in 3-5 days. I called after 3 days and was told we could collect. We went to collect but they weren't there. I waited until the following Mon 10 days later. Eventually they investigated and told me that the supplier was out of stock. They should have done due diligence immediately and followed up. My building was standing, the tiler waiting and nothing at all from Leroy Merlin.
I bought some items during the 3 for 2 sale and following sale in June/July. If you buy an item for R379 or more you get a loyalty point per item. I am still waiting for my points- I have emailed 3 x enquiring re my missing points. I understand that it may take some time after the sale but this is 2 months later and not even 1 reply to my enquires. The shops themselves are unable to help if products are bought online.
My watch GT3 is less than 22 months old and needs a new motherboard AND battery. So not impressed.
Unfortunately it took a bad review on this page to get any kind of response from Sanlam Computershare. That doesn't say much for their customer service. They did respond quickly after the review and eventually everything got sorted out and the outstanding payment went into the correct bank account but how sad that it took a bad review to get a response. One person even had the audacity to say that my daughter's details weren't the only ones in the queue waiting to be uploaded - and this after 3 years of trying ro get it sorted out.
My daughter has been trying to change her bank details with SANLAM computershare for 3 YEARS without success. We have emailed the documentation numerous times, called, apparently had success on the phone, but STILL not done and bank details not corrected and outstanding dividends have not been paid. Useless doesn't begin yo describe them. I'd prefer to give them -10 ☆let alone the 1 I had to give to be able to write the review
I am still not getting my reward smoothies. I still haven't had any feedback from the IT department. I was given 2 complementary smoothies from the manager of the gym where I train with the admission that there is an ongoing problem but that was 10 days ago and nothing since.
Still no rewards after 2 months of queries, emails and phone calls. Apparently the IT department has a backlog!!! This is a multi national company, how much more inefficient can it be.?
This has to be the WORST management company on the planet. Rude, inefficient staff who give no answers to questions, have mismanaged our complex finances to the extent that we are hundreds of thousands in debt, with no warning that a possible water leak was causing havoc with our finances and still no helpful solution forthcoming. 6 weeks and counting for a water leak roof and ceiling repair. Do yourselves a favor and run a mile in the opposite direction when Midcity's name comes up.
I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. Service up to receiving router was excellent. My password is apparently incorrect. I have tried putting it in a number of times. I tried phoning and couldn't get through, either at all, or, when I did, no one answered for more than 5 minutes. I emailed and got a service number but no further contact so am still not connected. So far, not very impressed
