Purchased an item from a seller who would not reply to my messages after the fact or post the parcel,reached out to yaga support and got an email from Sandra that said Wednesday we will assist,on Wednesday she tells me that 48hrs is up yet as part of their cancellation procedure.7 full days in and I’ll only get my money on Friday.I reported this issue earlier to avoid such nonsense,I swear yaga support is only one sided!i can wait for them to get some completion that doesn’t doesn’t have a protection fee that doesn’t even protect you.Bunch of nonsense

Ordered on asap,they didn’t deliver 3 items that where supposedly packed so I call them,they take note and I just want the items delivered but instead they tell me they can only refund me and not bring the 3 items missing.3-5 days for a refund instead of just delivering items I paid a delivery fee for.I think Pnp asap is a complete **** and not customer friendly which is why checkers 60 is and will remain first preference.Its 2025 how does this even make sense!
I’m extremely disappointed that while loading credits into my PUDO app I accidentally loaded 1000 instead of 100. To try and get a refund I’ve sent an email which they’ve been attending to with diligence.To my horror the refund takes 15working days!!!!what a load of fairy dust in 2025,you mean to tell me that the standard 2-3 days is above the courier guy? And this is the only reason why I’ll never use the courier guy ever!
Ordering from Mr D is easy but the customer care is trash!After kfc accepts my order…Estimate 30min(I live 10min from that kfc) and over 1:30min later and still no food.I’ve called and emailed mr D and the driver to cancel but no reply.What do you expect me to do with an order that’s 2hrs late?

I am extremely frustrated and fed up with this listing site,For 3 weeks I have been going back and forth regarding lion pride incorrect area listings.I finally told them to take this properties off their website yesterday and this morning a wake up to them re listing the properties.Private property is a **** to agents
Against my better judgement,I opened 3 minor accounts for my kids with FNB…told was gonna take 2-5working days and 2 weeks later,today I decided there’s no way let me call customer care because at this point they can keep their cards.My shock when I’m told the cards arrived on the 28January and no one called and no one messaged and no one emailed…FNB just keeps getting worse!
I’m pretty certain FNB branches have the worst and slowest service,The only bank where you should actually pack lunch and a snack.Yesterday I went to the fourways mall one and I almost died,1 person being assisted every 45min.So I walked out.Today I’m at the broadacres branch and if the consultants don’t know you,you wait.People walk straight in from the door chat to a constant and get assistance.Theres two consultants helping one online banking client because they clearly do not want to work today or ever.
So I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for MTN customer care to sort out my billing issue,What’s funny to me is that I’ve been emailing back and forth with them taking 3-4 days to reply to me but they’ve still not fixed my billing issue.I took a pay as you go month to month router package less than a month ago for 499 online.What they fail to write is that you pay 1000 for the router then the 499 which I paid before they delivered the router.MTN has broken every consumer protection law when it comes to transparency,You get billed twice in one month and you pay ‘rent’ this router.I demand a full refund and you can come fetch the router because MTN month to month is the biggest **** guys go to Vodacom
