Ampath accounts department dont have a clue about competence. MONTHS after having paid my account, they still send me SMS's and emails reporting that I still owe them that amount. How do these people manage to hold down their jobs ?
****** debonnairs I just ordered a mexican fiesta pizza about 40 minutes ago on Uber Eats. Under the "special instructions" tab, I clearly stated NO MINCE (because we are vegetarian) I paid over R200 including the drivers tip. So the pizza arrives, and guess what. Lots of mince ! What a disgrace, and a total waste of my money. I gave it all to the dogs. Debonnairs, you are ruining your reputation, and I suppose you will give a feeble apology at best.
Romans Pizza Sunridge Park and Uber Eats. Disgusting service. They took an hour and 20 minutes to deliver 1 piza to our house. And we are 10 minutes away. NO MAN !
I am receiving relentless and ongoing calls on my phone from the DSTV call centres, trying to persuade me with their promotional garbage. (I dont know if these are spam/***** in nature, but nevertheless) Each time I have to stress that I am NOT INTERESTED in their promotions, and that they must please not call me again. I always end with....."I will call you, not the other way around" But the calls keep coming. What an unprofessional organisation. This is blatant invasion of privacy. Disgusting.
I have invested millions in an Old Mutual Retirement Annuity (in 2021) Not complaining about their fund management or growth. But their online website is a disgrace -- Specifically the section where a client can view their details, beneficiary nominations, % splits etc etc. One day you look and all seems fine. The next day the screen info has disappeared, or is missing, Maybe it's just my poor luck, but I've been fighting with this webssite on and off for years now. Credit to my financial advisor who admitted to me that OM is aware of their shaky website, an that I.T. is working on fixing it. So that's good news, but why don't they temporarily close the site, fix all the problems, then bring it up again. Meanwhile clients (me) must wade in confusion. No man, this is not fair. It depicts OM is a bad light and that is not good company / client relationship building. Rant over !
I must say the "New" Colonel and Zinger burgers from KFC are terrible. Tiny patties and the crunch and taste is gone. Why change from the original tied and tested recipe ? If this is the new standard, then I am done with KFC
Been supporting Nando's for years. Their chicken burgers were the best, until now..... Went to have a Nando's burger yesterday, and it tasted "raw" and the texture of the meat was not normal. On close inspection of the meat, I was shocked to see that it is now a piece of processed meat, instead of the usual chicken "fillet" that they used to have. How aweful ! I managed to eat half the burger, couldn't stomach the rest. Goodbye Nando's, that's the last time you'll see me, and I will let others know about this too !
