I had to have documentation apostilled for travel and work purposes. At short notice Global Apostille assisted me and within 5 days I received my document. The process was simple and hassle free. I had the option of using a courier service but I chose to deliver the document and collect it myself. Market related pricing but I was very pleased that it was slightly less than anticipated. I would recommend Global Apostille for your carefree legalisation of documents. In fact I have another document I will entrust them with in a week or so. It has been almost 12 years of harrassing calls to my husbands cellphone number. Threatening messages and calls dropped when answered. 8am this morning 0691000298 called again. After I have emailed you, called you and When your operators actually answer when they call, I have instructed you to remove his number as he clearly is not the WOMAN you refer to. You cannot, for the love of all things good in this world, continue to call the wrong number daily. Enough is enough. REMOVE 0731164712 from your records with immediate effect! Stop opening accounts for people without verifying their details first!

We were sold 2 x Laptops under very suspect circumstances in January 2023. The laptops were returned the day after receipt as we expressly told the salesman "Michael" that we did bot want the sales if it did not meet our expectations and needs. Indeed it did not measure up to his false pressure sales lies. On return we phoned numerous times to cancel the sale as well as trying to stop the contract due to the fact that it was false information supp**** to us. After numerous emails, phone calls etc. we are still not relieved of this "sale". Vodacom insists on giving us the run around, yet phone daily because we are overdue for an upgrade. We want our money refunded as they continue to deduct money monthly for products returned to them and nothing done from their side to cancel the contract. This is bordering on ***** as A - The sales person **** about specs B - Products all intact returned to Vodacom the very next day via their own courier who dropped it off and then collected it the very next day. C - Continued charging for a product they have possession of. They duck and dive all the time and enough is enough. How dare they solicited new business when they can't resolve complaint? Vodacom has become a complete disappointment!

Purchasing an online Wallet voucher for Playstation used to be a pleasure through Incredible Connection. Suddenly it is anything but a pleasure. Firstly the voucher was to redeem a special offer from Playstation. This offer expired and therefore we lost out thanks to Incredible Connection and their terrible service. Firstly calling their help centre is a waste of time. They are either just acting like they are listening to you or the operators are sitting filing their nails and pretending to research your problem. The order number can never be found. Your user name cannot be found. Your email address cannot be found. Details on your order cannot be found... Why? Because they did a system upgrade or a website upgrade, Blah Blah Blah... Then you quote their invoice number and they cannot view it because it is on another platform... more Blah Blah Blah They are emailing the department your query and they are getting someone to call you back... I am still waiting! My R300 voucher cost me R755 because we missed the special offer thanks to them. Why on earth do you take money and wait a whole day before you release the order without that being indicated anywhere during the process of payment. PS- NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE ON ANY OTHER ORDER OF MINE! Why do you then only reply to me a day later? This is the most pathetic handling of a query I have every seen. R139 on the calls I had to waste on an incompetent supplier. Never ever again will I do business with you. I have been a loyal customer but your lack of interest in my query has made be bitterly unhappy. I will never recommend anyone to use your services!
