3 Email sent in total to cancel my policy and they will still have the cheek to send me another email to say, my policy remains unchanged as they have not made any contact with me. Follow the instruction as per my email and cancel the policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear MTN SA We have upgraded online on black Friday 2021; to date we have not received the desired service we are expecting as customers, nor any devices. A outsourcing company by the name of CCI assisted to speed up the process; What a nightmare!!! Early in Feb 22 we called again to get an update, a day later received a call from the couriers DSV - Who confirmed delivery the next day. DSV arrived and delivered only 1 device???? Was supposed to be and upgrade for 2x number with both 2 devices (2 Phones - @ watches) After i have called CCI and informed them RE the error, they advised that they will investigate and audit and revert. 1 week later a call was returned and they have agreed that they have made a mistake (Crook of a consultant trying to make dodgy money probably) , they advised that we must send back the 1 device already delivered which we did in order for them to process the correct upgrade. To date i have been calling everyday and requested for someone to provide me with answers, everyday is a new promise that someone will call me. Today 2022/03/01 again i called them and request a manager to call me, no call was received! IM TIRED OF THIS MINNI MOUSE COMPANY!!! CAN SOMEONE CALL ME TO ADDRESS THJIS ISSUE ASAP
