It's been two years and STILL Supersonic has FAILED to action a credit of R250 due to me! I've called and spoke to numerous people, I even went to their offices 14 Avenue and sat down with MTHETHO who acknowledged their mistake and promised to action this credit but in vain! Till today I still receive invoices for this amount!!! I'm exhausted with this company Please help me, what else can I do
Kudos to Thando Nkutha, he always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service to his clients. He is a good listener and that makes him the the star of 3sixty Life, please keep it up Thando! My refund was eventually processed, thank you!

What does it take for a female doctor @ Bheki Mlangeni Dental Dept to care? She didn't have to be nice but just show a compassion to a patient? Is that too much to ask at @ Dental ward? Please our doctors you can do better, woman nogal !

I am very impressed with the excellent service from Game Store and their courier service WomDrop. Orders made on the Black Friday were delivered the following day and others followed yesterday respectively, I am very grateful!
It is very unfortunate how Dove Funerals is treating their policy holders in these times of desperate need. I am a Dove Funerals Policy holder now for 7 years CLAIM FREE and all I wanted is to downgrade my policy because I lost my job 3 years ago. It has been v difficult to maintain a R600 monthly premium being unemployed and I feel Dove and 3sixty simply don't care. I spoke to various people including David Mahlaola (3sixty) who promised to speak to his manager and revert back to me but again he left me hanging to dry, I feel Dove Funerals doesn't treat their clients with dignity as they are taking advantage of my mishaps and abusing me because they are thriving on my plight and simply don't care about their customers!
After waiting for more than an hour at the Multichoice offices, it was my pleasure to be attended by Happiness Mavimbela who is a Customer Service Consultant. Her excellent customer service made me to forget about my prior frustrations, she knows her product and made me to believe in the business again, she is basically an all-rounder. Multichoice is very fortunate to have Happiness as an employee, actually she is as asset to the business!
Supersonic don't respond to queries thru call center, i hold on until my airtime was finished, emails no response, whatsapp no response, I am asking with tears in my eyes where and how do you guyz communicate with your helpless and desperate clients???
Thank you to your don't care attitude towards your clients, you just lost one now!
