tske long to senfd your learning material and then delaay everything without any feedbcak. you have to keep calling them.This is just a platform for these people to ***** your mony. They dont get back to you. They do not offer support and always keep re-directing your queries. eventually, they refund you and then do not pay you all your money back. Please dont register with them
I have made a booking on Booking.com to stay at Sandton Executive Suites. The day before I had to check in, the hotel staff called me and told me that they do not have electricty due to a technical problem and asked if I wanted to cancel. I told them to cancel as there was no hot water and they only had candles. I have sent mails to them and have been struggling for almost 4 years anf have got no response from booking.com or from the Hotel. Pathetic service

I went in to the Lovisa Store at Middelburg Mall. After I paid I found that the price for the total was too high. I asked for a slip and the lady told me that it would be mailed to me. i waited for the mail but it did not come through. I went back to the store 10 minutes later and asked her to print me the slip. She printed it for me and I then realized that the item was not on sale and I had paid the full price for the earing. I asked her to credit me for it and she told me that she is not allowed to as I had left the store. I explained to he that the earing were still wrapped in the bag and it was not used as the sale was done 10 minutes ago. She refused to refund me
Zoom fibre came and installed fibre in our area in Middelburg. I called them and told them that my driveway was never repaired after the cables were done. They contacted me and told me that it would be sorted out. Its been a year now and still nobody has bothered to call me and it is still not sorted
I booked in to the hotel on the Saturday Afternoon. i checked in myself and found that it did not give me my room number. i had to stand back into the line as the clerk told me to wait my turn. I had booked 2x rooms for my stay. One room did not have power and the TV, blinds and Wifi was not working. I called the reception 3 times and still nobody came to sort it out. I walked down to reception and asked them to sort it out and still nobody came to sort it out. I went out for the night an when i came back it still was not sorted out. i went back to reception and ttold them it was now 8 hrs sincre i reported the fault and then only was the maintenance sent to my room. The staff needs training as they could not even tell me about the breakfast option. All that the lady could say was " sorry sir but have have not eaten there yet". Is the breakfast so bad that your own staff does not want to eat there? They are under staffed and do not have any skills of talking to your guests Pathetic service. I have already posted all all forms of media that this was the worst place to stay and also recommended that NO ONE must ever stay at this hotel
Pathetic service delivery. I have loaded a request for 2x months now and no one has called me. I have a reference number which was sent via sms. Loaded a new request and have a new request number. Still nobody has contacted me. They keep throttling the WIFI speed. At 1st it was I have a uncapped line and I had used too much. Now its the 3rd April 2022 and my line is still extremely slow. I have done a SAIX Speed test. I am paying for a 4 Meg line but I have screen shots of my speed running at 0.2 Meg. I need this contract to be refunded as I am paying for a service which is not delivered by the ISP
I have been complaining for a while now about the poor WIFI signal. Nobody has contacted me and problem is still unresolved. I was sent an e-mail saying that a credit would be passed on my account for the service which was not available. I received my account and there was no credit passed. how much longer are they going to get away with cheating people. I have spoken to people in my suburb and everyone is willing to cancel their contracts with TELKOM as they are all experiencing the same problem
I have been struggling with my WiFi for a few months now. I called the call centre and the lady told me that someone made a mistake with a setting on my contract as I have an uncapped line and my line is not supposed to be throttled. I am supposed to be having a 4 Mb line but there are days where my line is running at 0,6 Mb. I have logged an online fault report (reference no: 56345700) and all that they do is say that it has been resolved, Today is the 5th and there is no way that I could have maxed out my data. I did a speed test on SAIX.net and my line is still at 0.6 meg. I have screen shots to prove my speed test.
