Please note that Nedbank closed all my accounts and credit card without notifying me which account number 1171701144 I use to receive my salary and all my debit orders including Nedbank loan and MFC vehicle finance go off from the same account which is now closed by Nedbank without my knowledge
November was my last month to pay off the atlas loan but instead of deducting 1 last installment they deducted double installment of 1. 14/12/2021 NPATLASD R3 246.70 2. 15/12/2021 NPATLASD R3 246.70 I've been phoning every day for my money to be paid back but they keep on telling me it will be paid at 12h00 or at 18h00 since on the 15 December 2021. No one phones me back. I gave them my bank statement as requested as proof but ive still not get my refunds, today i call their headoffice on 0877018665 they promise me same thing same to pay by 12h00 or 18h00 but i never recieve any money
since I got paid on the 15th I can access my money on top of that they run a debit of debit order of R15 133 from my cheque account to my credit card without my approval I wanted to go home to Limpopo this weekend but I can't access my money here is the call ref:52218312, i called professional banking on the 16th December was told will able to access my money on the 17 but it was not the case still now i don't have access
is your company still operating because is almost a months waiting for installation ,i tried to Rednetworks on this number 0671485129 but no one is answearing the phone since 04 january, very disapointing below is the respond i got from accelarit "Hi Tshilidzi, Thank you for contacting us; We have been in contact with RedNetworks on when they have scheduled installation and we are still awaiting feedback from them, we will advise once received. i deposited money at 12h30 even now is not reflecting but when I ask they told me they are not sure when the money will into my account now is 7 hours waiting
on the 02/03 July 2020 i send myself send cash using Capitec Bank app i didn't receive the money I was told that they are experiencing a technical problem but when I check the money is no longer in my account even those I didn't manage to get it because I receive an error message written on my atm bank receipt "voucher can not be redeemed, I lodge a complain below are ref numbers Ref 74723781 Ref: 74701968
i have find out that again this morning that my services are disconnected for the second time and i was requested to send proof of payments on the 20th September 2019 and it was reconnected last Tuesday 24 September 2019 but to my surprise I am disconnected again today ,again please find proof of payment for Customer number: 94982870, please note that the payment was made on the 16 September 2019 before I was charged reconnection fee unfortunately i did not put reference number but it was paid on the 16th this months but i was requested to forward proof of payment which i did last tuesday 24 september 2019 and i was reconnected but today guess what i was disconnected again
i made lay-bye on the 17/01/2019 then i went to the their shop in westgate mall yesterday 21/01/2019 to cancel the lay-bye and get my money back and i was told that they i no cash refunds on their lay bye which is against south African national regulation act because i want my money back but they are refusing to give me my money back please help
