I went to buy Wings and Burgers at Hungry Lion, I was told to wait 10 minutes for my order, which ended up being 30+ minutes, all because i asked them if they could please put some sauce on my Burgers for they had a "dot" of it (they were so dry) the people that ordered Burgers who came after me got their orders and left me there. They were cold and still dry, so I don't even know why I had to wait for so long, for fillets that weren't even fresh. I just lost my appetite. Your service is poor.
I placed an order on the 30th of January, I still haven't received it, the don't respond to my emails at all.
I don't wanna give any rating, I'm really upset and angry with DEFY, I bought a washing machine last month within a 2 week it gave us problems, it stopped spinning, it was just making a sound and the would count down as if it's doing what it's supposed to do, we called Game and they said they would send a Technician, we asked that they take it back we'll just choose another machine because there was no way a machine would do that in 2 weeks of purchase, I had DEFY before this purchase it broke after 5 years and it was good, the reason we decided to buy a new one instead of fixing the old one is that it was too expensive to fix. So in all I know it can't be a good sign to have a problem with a machine In 2 weeks of purchase. The Technician came but that day the machine decided to work but fortunately I had a video of what was the problem, but the Technician said he can't take it back unless it's not working but I was really unhappy and still am, the machine doesn't even wash properly it's just a disaster that I regret buying. I've never had a washing machine that doesn't do it's job, what the use of having a washing machine and still have to use my hands to make sure that the washing is properly clean. I'm Hurt, I'm disappointed and I'm angry, I'm stuck with a big useless and expensive machine that doesn't even washclean as it should. Now I really wish I just fixed my old machine. I hate this machine, I hate it.
I'm very very disappointed with the meals I got from juffroushoogte this morning, I bought 2 meals Rib & chicken, the chicken was definitely not fresh, it was hard and very dry, tasteless and looked green even though it didn't have a foul smell. It would be better if it was only my meal but I recommended the place to my sister who's visiting from Cape town. The potions are so small, not what they used to be but I understand, what I didn't like is being sold old chicken, and meatless ribs, but the second one atleast had meat. I can't buy myself a meal and end up giving the chicken to my dog. If the prices go up and the portions get smaller, atleast give good food.
I have a huge problem with Steers in VREDENBURG, when my car didn't have problems I used to go Steers in Langebaan because I got tired of always feeling like I'm a beggar but I'm a paying customer. Their burgers are so dry and. I'm always complaining, there's not a day I've been to their restaurant and gotten what I paid for, the excuse is some customers don't like the sause, I'm always arguing the fact that we customers are not the same I can't get a drop of sauce because other customers like it that way and when I ask for it I'm told to pay for it. I wish I could upload the photo here so that you can see what I'm talking about, the worst part is there used to be 2 sauces on their Wacky Wednesday but now there's 1 which is like a tear drop, and when I ask where's the second sause,they say they gave never had a second sauce before, I got out of there feeling in I'm crazy. I always regret going there but because of kids I end up going but never again. I'd rather make homemade burgers, and the stuff is soooo rude, the manager tried to be nice and thought she was sorting out the problem, but when I got home I felt like throwing the whole thing to the the dog outside but my kids put mayo and tomato sauce from the cupboard. You go to Langebaan everything is different, why do I have to drive so far to get good service? I was so happy when VREDENBURG steers opened because I thought to myself no more driving to Langebaan... It's not nice to quarrel about food at a restaurant, I'm truly disappointed and I'll never set my foot in VREDENBURG Steers again.
Hello Peter, am so exhausted by the harrassment from Avon, I don't owe them nothing and the must stop harassing me for payment that I don't owe them, you helped me with this Hello Peter and they asked for forgiveness and said they would take care of the matter but still today they're sending me threatening messages about the payment of perfumes I never got, I called them and told them everything and they gave me a run around not wanting to listen to me or take my complaint, years later they're still harassing me about perfumes I never got, am angry, upset, and frustrated about this, I've got better things to worry about in my life than to defend myself from the abusive Avon company , these people must find out out what happened to their 2 perfumes from whoever packed that box and dig the phone records from that year and leave me alone, they must get out of my life and leave me alone, I regret the day I agreed to to sell Avon for real, I Really wish I never did.
Hello Peter, I wrote you about this a few yes back, now it seems as if am back to square one, this really really upsets me, I use to be a saleswoman for AVON all was going well until they sent an incomplete order, I ordered a perfume for 419.00 which you got one for free, I never got even one, I tried calling my leader and she told me what to do coz she couldn't help me she was on a holiday. I did as she asked but unfortunately I was told that the form I filled was no longer used I had an old booked, so I must get a new one I tried everything Calling them coz my customer wanted his order since he was about to go on leave he wanted that perfume, I sometimes even asked my husband to call them everytime we called they told us what to do and we did as they asked and we'd go to Postnet and fax what they asked for, but they Always told us we did it wrong, everytime we went to Postnet they would really laugh and ask AVON again? My leader even came back from holiday still my matter wasn't solved she tried to solve it for me but they told her I took to long to complain, I was really disappointed and very upset and told them they must check their records coz since we got that box we complained from day one, they say everytime you call they record your calls but I asked them why they don't check the phone records they just didn't care they wanted me to pay 419.00 for the perfumes I never got ,I asked them who should pay for them coz me and my customer never got those perfume, they really didn't care. So I quit selling Avon and told them I will never pay for something I never got never. It's now 2020 December they're harassing me again about payment for perfumes I never got and now it's 740.00 that they say I should pay immediately , why should I pay for the perfumes they never sent to me. I stopped selling their Avon all because they didn't want to help me when they should have. Whoever packed my box then is the one that knows what happened to those perfumes, the must just just stop sending threatening messages to my phone, I never got their perfumes and will never pay for perfumes I never got.
I got bad service yesterday at Game Vredenburg, I went to buy some Groceries , so I bought Oats it was a 1kg with free 100 grams for 29.99, when I get to the till they charged me 36.99 for it ,I asked the cashier she said she doesn't know why there's a price difference and called someone else that called another who told me to call Oats if I had a problem , that really upset me because I was buying at Game not oats and that oats was 1kg with 100g for free I asked what that free 100g meant he said I must call Oats and ask there couldn't I see that the sizes are different? I said I see that but it is written with big letters that the 100g is free so why are you charging it, do he took it to another person who told us the same " the sizes are different" that's 1.1kg can't you see and they all laughed, then I asked them then what's does this 100g free mean and then they told me they didn't know, the worse part is there was no price for 1.1kg there, there was 1kg price only and for that manager to tell me to call Oats and ask why a 29.99 Oats is 36.99 was the worst thing I've ever heard from a shop, the other even said they don't put prices themselves so I must call Oats, I asked him didn't Oats give us that 100g for free he said I should ask them or complain at Oats, I said no I'll complain at your customer services he said I'm welcome to do that an left me there, tried to call their customer services which made me hold until I was out of of my 60 rands airtime
I used to sell Avon I stopped because they want me to pay for items I never got, I called them and they told me to put it into writing which I did and they told me I didn't do it right, I told my leader about it, she did it for me but then they said I complained 20 days late, which is not true, I complained as soon as I got my box and they sent me back and forth , the consultants were irritated by me and my husband and told us we didn't do whatever it is that we had to do right, now they're calling me everyday to pay for the perfumes I never even got, who's supposed to pay for them? The customer never got them and I never got them,from who's pocket is the money gonna come from? They say they record their calls ,so why don't they go back to check when it is that I started complaining about the shorted items or ask the packer that packed my order where their perfumes are, because they were never in that box.
