Madonna Seraga called and had clearly read and understood the contents of my complaint because she asked the correct questions. Clearly explained how she resolved the problem. I am also that she understood that concept of collective responsibility. She was able to apologise for errors done by her colleague and explained how the error occurred. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
This is not how we are going to help young people access banking facilities. A young businesswoman won a prize in our business plan competition on the 16th of June when we were celebrating youth day. She won a cash prize to start her business and buy equipment and fix her cashflow requirements. Based on bank account pricing, we recommended that she opens a Standard bank MyMoBiz account for her business since she did not have a dedicated business account for her business. She made her application online and till today she is waiting for Standard Bank business banking consultant to contact her to finalise opening the bank account. This after she went went to a Standard Bank branch in Thohoyandou Plaza shopping centre branch where she was asked to make an appointment to see a business banking consultant. We want to assist aspirant rural entrepreneurs to create employment and banks are not understanding their role and are not supporting this initiatives if it is going to take longer than one week to get assisted in opening a bank account.

This must be the worst product on the planet and the warranty isn't worth a paper it is written on. I bought an AEG Hob and oven in December 2019 and two weeks ago it started showing an error code on the touchscreen and we couldn't operate it. Today and an Electrolux Kwikot technician went and found that the board, plus two plates needed replacement but they also found 1 ****roach inside and they voided the entire warranty. Now I must buy a new hob as the cost for parts will be the same as buying a new one.
I recently subscribed to MWEB hosting services and boy that was a worst business decision I've ever made. My business emails are sitting on the outbox for 24 hours and I wonder how many emails I've not received because the hosting service is down ( for days now). I want to cancel and find an alternative hosting service as a matter of urgency.
I am a victim a sacm. There's a website called Carsmzansi and RUNTONG CARS. They advertise online as Rent to Own and they're rated highly online. The modus of the sma is that you are required to send your 3 month bank statement and other supporting documentation. They came back saying I have been granted an approval to rent any car for less than R350000. I went and applied for a BMW worth R199500 and I was required to deposit 10% to a Capitec account. They kept me excited that all is in order and a payment will be made to the dealership. They even refered the insurance company to insure the car. I have been calling their numbers and send emails to admin@mzansicars.co.za the company is registered as Runtong Cars South Africa T/a Cars Mzansi registered directors are Prof T Legwale, Mr LE Malefetse and R Legwale. My deposit of R19, 950. 00 has vanished into thin air.
In December 2018,I was offered a settlement discount through FNB Credit card division's Debt collector Groenewald Lubber Attorneys. A settlement discount of 25%. Since then I have been working hard in order to come up with the amount equal this, R33000 on a credit card debt and listing of R45,000.00. Today 22 January 2019,I called the debt collector guy by the name of Kenneth and he said 1) the discount was withdrawn and 2) I must pay a full amount or discounted amount of R43,000.00 note not R33, 000.00 promised in' December. He further stated that if I pay R43, 000.00, the client being FNB may not update my credit profile at the credit bureau. The issue is that, the same FNB has in the past on my Homeloan offered me a 60% settlement discount on both my credit card and Homeloan at I could at that time I could only afford to pay the home loan. FNB accepted the settlement and updated my credit profile accordingly.
