No service
Terrible service.....I'm not even sure what we pay this money for every year....but they don't answer emails or phones for 2 yrs????? I can't even recover my account to log in to change details.....this is ridiculous!

Great place
Great place for families with kids. They have dedicated ladies looking after and entertaining the kids. All the staff are very friendly. I highly reccomend this place. All Barons butchery (salt Block is their restuarant) has exceptional service.

Terrible customer service....fight over a trolley ??!!!
I had a terrible experience with the man checking your bought items. Who told me to carry my 3 kids which was in the trolley because I didn't buy enough stuff to take the trolley to the car. I had to beg him just assist me to the car and get his trolley back. ( I have 3 kids 3 and younger) so he wanted me to carry all the kids as well as bags and items I bought in the store. If this is the way you treat customers I really wouldn't be shopping there again. This is terrible customer service!!!!!

Great customer care service
We bought a Texan steak yesterday from Checkers in Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein. After we prepared it we realised it was spoiler. We did not have a slip and tried to return it. We were very happy with Checkers outstanding service. They gave our money back as well as a new steak free of charge.

Poor call centre service!
FNB call centre : I tried informing the bank that I will be out of the country for a month. This you can only do through their call centre. I spent more than 20 mins waiting for someone to take the call. This is not the first time! Your account can get blocked without the bank knowing that your out of country! I don't have time to waste hoping someone will answer the call!!!! Could you not allow your customers to do this via the app, as other competing banks do?????

Worst chicken livers
Would not recommend buying their chicken livers. It's full of gallbladders !!! What a waste.
