Sky net terrible service and dishonesty is a cause for concern according to Skynet there were three attempts made to deliver my parcel at my home and it was said that no one was at home hence delivery failure, but that's a blatant lie as I was at home on all three those days in question, there was no Skynet vehicle at my home on those days and no any attempts made to contact me.
The terrible service I received from takealot is shameful and disgusting. I placed my order on the 30th of November, and to date I still have not received my order. Initially the order had to arrive on the 2nd of December then the afternoon of the second of December I received notification that the order was shipped to the incorrect courier facility they are after they see that it has to be should back to the warehouse and then ship to me which I was fine with and they set up a package would be delivered on Saturday the 7th December. Which was confirmed via email by Casey S. Needless to say my order did not arrive.I had to call takealot numerous occasion just to get an update as to what's happening with my delivery I spoke to agents and none of them could give me a clear cut answer as to win my parcel or be delivered. I I asked to speak to a manager they see that the matter will be escalated to a manager and I will be contacted by a manager and to date no manager has contacted me perthetic. And now this evening when I called for an update on when my order will be delivered a agent by the name of Mandisa N answer the call and then while looking for my order number she dropped the call in my ear shameful. The serve the day receive from takealot is a disgrace. If I could I would give zero stars
The customer service I received was absolutely terrible. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company regarding a pressing issue, I have received no feedback or resolution. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I had ******s and terrible service from this place. Made to feel like you don't exist. I was there early, to get my borehole pump sorted. While the guy was assisting me he was called away by his manager, to assist other people, like I was not even there, is not first come first serve, so I had to stand there waiting like an no a body. Eventually when he can back to assist, his manager can back a second time asking him is he going to be long, like him assisting me is a waste of his time. There's no customer service, I saw them interact with the White customers total contrast to the service I received, I guess because I'm Coloured. Its extremely sad hat thing like this still happen.
I submitted a claim last week Monday for my dog's vet visit, through medi-care, from the purchase of my 8kg bobtail. But to date I have not received any feedback or update. Intact gett in contact with them is impossible, because there's no contact details only email address. 8 have sent a number of emails no response.
The sales experience was a pleasure, feedback and updates timeously. But the after sales experience is disappointing to say the least. First delays in sending the link for the app and lack of communication, we had to call the entire time for updates even it was promised that we would be called with feedback but nothing. Now we have issues with the App itself, number of calls made and e-mail sent and no feedback or response. This leaves a sour taste like once the deal is closed then you on your own. Extremely disappointed had high hopes.
I asked for my item to be replaced as the item was defective. Takealot sent an email saying that they can't replace my item as it is out of stock. When I checked on the take alot app, there was stock available. They **** in the email. I responded to the email with a screenshot of the item showing that there is stock available. The next emai I received was to rate the service from agent Dawn P (what assistance). Terrible service from Takealot. I guess why they didn't replace my item is that when I bought it cost less at the time, now the price has increased and the can't loose out on profit. Putrid.
I ordered the Quadruple Stacker from Burger King Park Station via the Uber eats app. The burger was not as advertised much smaller (false advertising), on the menu on the app the burger is made to look much larger, Also my Coldrink did not arrive, I ordered a Pepsi Max Vanilla which I did not receive. I submitted an online order the 16/01/2023 order said successful. To date no one has provided me with with an update as to when my order will be completed. I sent 2 emails to help@voxtelecom and still no feedback provided.
