They exceeded my expectations! I desperately needed my laptop to be delivered on the same day I ordered it as I work from home, I called their head office and by 12:30 the laptop was ready for collection at their Malvern Park branch! I 100% recommend them and so far I’ve had no issues with the machine.
I have had countless issues with Telkom regarding my fiber to the home connection. I have called the entire day since this morning and everyone keeps saying a technician will call me back but no one ever does, Its been 4 years of hell with you guys! Can a technician please call me and sort out this matter as I work from home and this a huge inconvenience on my side.
I do not even know where to begin with this. I enquired with Vodacom on how to go about on getting FTTH. Sales lady advised that she will include a ****le as I advised her that I work from home and needed to be connected 24/7, to my surprise that was not included. I called so many times with consultants promising to get their managers to call me, they gave me their whatsapp numbers and email addresses, which they dont bother responding when you text them. On Monday morning I called in crying as I had received an email from HR stating that if I do not sort out my connectivity issues, they will have to let me go. I forwarded the same email to Vodacom, still nothing was done, instead all the tickets that the consultants create, are just closed by senior management without investigating the issue. Please come and collect your router, I cannot deal with such incompetence!
I cannot begin to express my disappointment in the service that i have received from Vox! It is disgusting to say the very least. I have been from pillar to post trying to get my line sorted out, been dealing with Nadine Baxter who has now gone silent on me.. how difficult can it be to send a technician to sort out my line at my new unit? All you guys know is to send a statement of cancellation fees, what about the services that i do not have?? Can someone sort this out.. i am literally tired of Vox and their incompetent staff!
This is the second complaint that i am addressing to you guys and you guys are doing absolutely nothing about it. A couple of weeks ago we switched from wifi to fibre and its been an absolute nightmare! Theres no connectivity at all! Im not sure what those guys that you sent did, we are not told we have 2 accounts with Telkom. Tried calling your call centre and we get through to consultants who are working from home and yawning on the phone! Can someone sort this nonsense out.
Today we changed from Telkom wifi to Telkom fibre.. worst decision ever! Theres no signal at all! Cannot connect the tv, cannot connect any phones or laptops. Can someone please switch us back to the normal Telkom Wifi that we had! Your fibre is nonsense!!
Ive been with Nedbank for 3 weeks and its been nothing short of misery! From waiting close to 45mins outside your Fourways branch just to activate my card to dealing with your most unprofessional bank manager at your branch in Fourways Mall to waiting for my bank card that i ordered via your app on saturday after it was swallowed by the machine. Now i had been with ABSA for almost 7yrs before switching to Nedbank and ive never had to deal with such unprofessionalism. Kindly get an agent to please call me so i can cancel this account.

I think its time you guys changed RAM as a courier company for your products! I ordered a 5G Router last week already! Money taken out from my account yet the courier company with rude AF consultants still has not delivered! Do they understand that i had to take an entire day off to sign for the damn router and give them POA?
